Hi, I really having a problem keeping an erection, after a while it gets softer....It might be something in my head, but anyway I´ve done the kegel exsercise(holding for 5 five seconds repeat 50 times) for 1-2 months now, when I started doing them I noticed difference but now I don´t know, I´m not really sure if I´m progressing, I know it takes time to buiild up, but really I think my question is if I should increase the kegel training somehow? ¨
