I know there are alot of threads on this, but i am confused about erect work and turning flaccid gains into erect. I have made decent flaccid gains. (got a little overly excited with newbie gains lol) but no erect gains. Now I am one of those people who is very nervous about erect work. Because I have a fear at any moment I will hear a snap and I will get an injury. But in that picture are you pulling outwards or pushing it to the side? and you said you were using your hand at the bottom to stabilize, but are you also using it as a fulcrum?
And what are some ways I can get over the fear of erect work? And any other ways to convert gains?
