Hey guys. I was foolin around with my penis today and i noticed that if i "ok" below my glans AND at the base, I get a much stronger stretch. I dont know if this is the expressive stretching, but I do know i get a good pull. Try it out.
 
thats the thing..I dont what it means to "work". I'm getting a good pull tho, and for the first time I feel something right under my belly button. Any idea what it is? inner penis?
 
i could totally be wrong but the belly button feeling could be coming from a super deep,stretch but idk whats moving around haha..So you're saying your throwin your cock over hand and pulling?
 
I think this is what I'm talking about when i say theres a feeling about 2 inches under my belly button/ This post was made by goinfor11x7 and he explains when he stretches with extreme intensity he can feel his penis moving.

*DLD was discussing (I forget the thread) the 20 to 25 second stretch during which he was pulling hard but not the absolute hardest. Then during the last 2 to 4 seconds, more or less, he pulled that sucker as if he was going to yank it out by its roots. That is, he pulled it as hard as he could.

You obviously can't keep this up throughout the whole 25 second count, but you can finish up with it. Of course I am loosening those ligs throughout the stretch and then when I hit them at the end as intense as I can make it for 2 to 4 seconds, I can actually feel my dick stretch--I believe the tunica as well as the ligs--although I'm not sure about the tunica.

This is obviously not for beginners. In fact, I would not have tried it before now. But I'm confident that my dick is conditioned enough now. I have a powerful grip and the strength in my arms and hands has grown tremendously over three years of manual P.E. exercises.

Expressive would be a low grip on the penis. The lower and deeper your go, against the pubic bone, the more you will be expressing.

Yes you can! That's how I do my expressive stretching. Ill use one hand to pull at the glans as far as I can, the with the other hand pull at the base. I haven't done this in a while, but all this talk is making me want to do it again.

i've done this before. there's a good chance of you just getting a skin stretch and it feeling like you're doing a good stretch. but if you get it down right it's much more intense

With stretching the experience increases with practice. As you become more in tune with the stretching you will be able to intensify and use more strength. The feeling will not change too much, but you may pick up some soreness at the base with increase.
 
I've been anchoring at the base and pulling hard below the glans and I think its a much better stretch. I can feel my ligaments moving when I pull down! boomshakalakka
