Recently I have been drinking a ton of water, about 100-120 ounces per day. I have noticed that my volume seems to have increased, but I am not 100% sure I can attribute it solely to the dramatic increase in water intake. If I masturbate, I try keeping it to about 1-2 times a week, depending on how often I have sex. The longer the duration between ejaculating the more will come out, and the longer it will shoot. Also, increasing the duration of sex or masturbating and delaying ejaculating will increase the volume and distance a ton. When I was masturbating 5-6 times a week including having sex 2-3 times, my load was pathetic, but cutting down on the number of times I jerk it has helped a lot.
