I have been doing Penis Enlargement since January, although admit it was quite sporadic in the beginning, and I have only been truly dedicated the last month or so. It has become routine now, and I look forward to it as a part of my day. I do Penis Enlargement work 5 days a week (Sunday-Thursday) for about 2 hours a day.
Here is my routine as of now:
I start off by doing RedZulu's constrictor, for a duration of 10 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of jelquing at around 85% erection. I do these two back-to-back three times, followed by another 10 minute constrictor. Doing this takes 70 minutes, as there are 4 constrictors done, and three 10 minute jelq sessions done in-between the constrictors.
After this, I usually "get off" (which is easy to do after keeping erect for an hour and ten minutes) so it is easy to do stretch work. I stretch upwards towards and past my navel, doing ten reps of 60 second streches. After these 10, I do ten stretches of 60 seconds each, pulling between my legs towards my ass. The I do a 10 minute (10 reps by 60 seconds) set of downward, bundled stretches, using an A-grip.
I follow my stretching by working out my PC muscle. This kind of varies, depending on how I'm feeling that day, but I usually try to do 100 quick kegels, followed by 10 reps of kegels, each one being held as long as I can (therefore, I may start at around 2 minutes, then it decays down to around a minute by the 10th rep). I then follow this by another set of 100 quick kegels, which ends my routine.
As for my gains, here is what I've seen thus far:

Original BPenis EnlargementL: 6.5"
Original NBPenis EnlargementL: 6"
Original EG: 5"
Current BPenis EnlargementL: 7.0625"

Also, currently, my FSL is 7.3125. I never measured this initially, but I'm fairly certainly it probably wasn't even 6.75".
Oh yes, and my current LOT is around 9:30, so I may decide to do more lig work in the future. However, I will stick with this routine until it does me no more good.
As for goals, I'm not overly ambitious. My original goal was 7" length and 5.5" girth. I'll just keep working at it and see where my length is if/when I reach 5.5" girth. Ideally, I think it'd be cool to see an 8x6 or so in the end, although if I don't get any bigger than I am now, I'll still be more than happy, due to the health benefits I am seeing. I'm just going to play it by ear and see how stuff goes.
