Dr. Miami, a celebrity Plastic Surgeon, was on the radio today speaking on the countless surgeries he has performed for celebrities. When asked about Penis enlargement he stated that theres nothing he can do for men that desire to gain length but there are procedures where they can acquire more girth.

My question is why don't Doctors speak on natural penis enlargement? Is it taboo? Will natural PE discourage men from going under the knife which will only inhibit the Doctors pockets? In 2016, most people believe this false rhetoric about PE. Only girth is obtainable? lol Come on! Ive gained an inch in 3 months!

I must say, I had an enjoyable conversation with coworkers(all females), we had the radio on and listened together. Doctors only understand what they have studied in school and I am quite sure Penis Enlargement was not on the roster. Some doctors, who benefit from surgeries monetarily, will say that PE works. The doctors who do not perform plastic surgeries will say it is impossible. The proof is in the pudding, we have had millions of men come through [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] that have made gains. Some men have gained enormous amounts of size and have proved it, including myself, but that still goes on deaf ears. PE is a process of first addressing the problem, create a routine and work on believing in what you are doing and as soon as a gain is made, a new believer has been born. A doctor will never suggest PE as a solution for a small penis, ever (unless they are getting paid to do it).

There's money in the surgery. The big money is in girth augmentation. Length is $8,000 ish in cost with maybe half that being profit. The Girth augmentation cost is twice that and twice the profit. Money motivates the lips. There's more of a guarantee with girth augmentation as well. You SEE more results. Length not so much unless the patient is diligent with post op.....wait for it...... weight hanging.

If a Doctor says PE does not work it is because they have no way of making money from it.

There is only an illusion of a double standard. "They" have made it acceptable for women to have to be sexy and make "their" attempts from early childhood. It's like this...

The length surgery itself gives no immediate length gains from my understanding, but it allows you to grow faster with extending or hanging. They snip the suspensiry ligament so the whole penis can come out easier and the flaccid is usually larger. Probably not worth it IMO

Miami is a really fucked up place. I used to live there about 6 months out of the year when Lightning was living there. The pricing on things is all over the place. You can get a dental implant for $200 but dinner for 2 will cost about the same. Everywhere you go there is ballet parking for ridiculous amounts of money but you can get you car completely detailed for like 10 bucks. Ass implants and Boob implants are practically free due to all the competition. It is a very surreal place.

Exactly. As much time as I have spent on hanging out at South Beach I never could understand many people. I would see them partying all night long and the next day they would be driving around in their $100,000 car, not working, just partying. I wonder how they do this, like where does the money come from? Very different place and as beautiful as South Beach is, after a few weeks I grow discussed with it's overindulgence!

I am extremely minimalist. I live in the same tiny apartment, in the hood, I have from the beginning. I spend about $10 a day on food. I have a Land Rover Defender that will only increase in value and is dependable and will be for my whole life.
