Nah, to a certain extent I would think. I have big feet (size 46) and hands, but I am not that big, even though I guess I am a bit above average..
 
Yes generally it does correlate.

It doesn't mean that every dude who has big hands and big feet has a big one no. But it does mean hat if you gathered all of the guys with big feet and big hands in the world that more of them than not would be above average.

You know what the problem is guys, the adult entertainment big dick size myth. I just saw the thread about Lex Steel claiming he is 11 inches :D:D when girls think it is 11 and they believe it, 8 will be average as Lex Steel dick is not 11, it's 8/9 maybe, so they will think of 8 as average but in reality it's 6 and 6 is somewhere near the average, so that's the size what they are really thinking about. Hands size, feet size, nose size, not much to do with the size of your penis as everyone has mentioned it already, especially if you do Penis Enlargement regularly.
 
My feet are long and thin. So was my dick before I started Penis Enlargement. My whole body is long and thin. I would say using feet and hands to guess penis size is a good way to estimate, but defiantly not always reliable. In other words, if someone is holding a gun to your face and wants you to guess his penis size right or he'll shoot, if you can't see his bulge, looking at his hands and feet is probably the best way to go.

I've seen very huge/big guys with baby dick. I've seen a few tall guys with huge dicks. I've also seen short guys with huge dicks as well.
