Yes, that tends to be a normal side effect of stretching.

If you're EQ went down after stretching , it's because your dick is fatigue, probably.Your dick is just tierd from all that stretching.Give it a rest.

Do kegels anyway,it should be part of every PE routine no matter what.
 
i don't know if this apply for all. but this is my experience:

when i began at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. i had a start where i kept taking breaks due to low EQ.
redzulu actually convinced me to work through it.

what happened? gains!

imagine this. your brain has programmed your body to send x amount of blood down to your penis during an erection. now you stretch the tissue of the penis. what happens?

well before you filled 100ml blood into a 100ml chamber whichs means it is filled up and hard.

now you are still filling 100ml blood into it. but it is a 110ml chamber. which means that even though it might stand up a little. it is no way close to hard.

so what i did was to start doing edging sessions. masturbate get as hard as possible. then try and kegel as much blood into the penis as possible.

and generally get a good feeling of my kegels

the results actually came rather fast

but then again., this is my experience. and i haven't seen anyone describe the same concept for a long time. so maybe thats just me. but try it out.

This is the truth and something all men should understand. When fatigue is present whether from heavy girth sessions or post-masturbation, it is the best possible time to do length work for the reason Chil said above.
