With methods mentioned on the site such as the stop start technique?

I ask because I've been with my girlfriend for a month now and still suffer from P.E. I only seem to last up to a minute (sometimes less) of gentle thrusting until I go over the point of climax.

Would doing the Stop start technique every day help cure my Penis Enlargement?

Who has cured their Penis Enlargement here and how long can you last before you have to/want to cum?


I feel I'd rather focus all my Penis Enlargement goals on curing my Premature Ejaculation before I focus on getting bigger.
 
Well here are my tricks: i just dont think about the girl and the sex that im making in the moment, i think other things! morbid things and stuff that got nothing to do with sex. Go easy in the first strikes till your control the game, and work often the kegel muscule.
Ask your girl to look her naked and doing sensual positions, get habbit to her body and she will be your game, now try get to the final nevel and finish the game ;)
 
When I was young I had premature ejaculation, and it stopped me (meaning I did not pursue opportunities that came my way) from fucking a number of nice women. I did not want to disappoint. I started using the technique of thinking about other things (baseball was the choice back in the 60's) and this worked reasonably well.

Now, at 64, I miss the physical demand to fuck, and wish I was more like when I was young. I may not have been a great fuck, but I loved the DEMAND to come.

On the other hand, now I can fuck for twenty minutes easily and cause many orgasms for my wife. I think that a lot of the reason I can last is that I am to start with, totally focused on her pleasure. I really mean focused - as in the details of each of my movements is evaluated for her response to it. I think that this is why I last. When she is done then it is my turn.

I wonder if a young man would try that if it would work for him. Totally focus on what details drive her pleasure. Use that as the distraction for yourself, and please her more at the same time.

At 19 you should have a fairly short refractory period, so being ready for more sex soon after orgasm shouldn't be much of a problem...I'm guessing. How much longer do you last the second or third time around?
Also, your girlfriend can be one hell of a big help if she's willing to work with you to extend your stay-time.

nope in my opinion there is no cure , taking ultram maked me last longer . or wacking off twice before sex . other than that nothing has worked for me
 
Reverse Kegals and focus more on making love instead of fucking. If I take my time I can last at least 20-30 minutes and up to an hour or more. If I rush and just bang her I'm done in a couple minutes.

It would help you a lot if she's willing to help. Just get inside her and don't move. See if you can be inside her for 5 minutes without moving. If she starts moving grab her hips and don't let her move. Just Be. It may seem weird at first but if you just enjoy being with her without goals(yours or hers) you may be shocked at what doors open for you.

Chaco and itsme gave good advice, listen to them.

"reverse kegel" (use your lower abdomen to push down and out on your bladder and sex organs) and tighten the muscle behind your anus at the same time. This will take practice because isolating the muscle below the tail bone completely, is impossible. Contract as far back as possible and do it light enough that you can feel ONLY the section of your concentration move.

Also, increasing the back pressure supporting your erection without the PC muscle will enable to relax the PC group. If you have created a strong PC/Brain connection (which you likely have), relaxing the PC muscle will allow your brain to enjoy it.

It sounds like your body is in "fight or flight" mode which is a sign that you have too much adrenaline and noradrenaline. So you probably need more serotonin and GABA.

1. Your assessment of Kegels is just plain wrong. Do some research .

2. You have a hormone disorder because you have a hormone disorder. If a doctor told you that sex is the CAUSE I'd look for a second opinion. Sex may have been the TRIGGER, I'd really like to read the report where it states that sex, and sex alone, caused your hormone disorder.
At 46 I've had shitloads of sex, and when I was your age I'd ejaculate, literally, dozens of times a weekend...no hormone disorder here.

Don't try to scare the kid with your personal tales of horror, biology is varying degrees of different for everyone
 
Yes i have an im very proud to say it. I was just like you not more than a couple weeks ago, lasting maybe a minute if i was luck. But after reading The sex god method by Daniel rose it has completly change my approach to sex. And I can now last around 10 minutes. I highly recommend that book. In fact you can find the free e-book online if you do a little searching. Please read it, it work for me and it will work for you, trust me.
 
It involves learning to understand when you are approaching orgasm and trains your body to control timing to prevent premature ejaculation.
