Iv gained about 3/4 in length in the past 3 weeks. I know this is a lot. I been doin TONS of stretching erect and flaccid for long periods of time a few times a day. I also pull pretty hard. Now im wondering...
1. Am i in danger of injury if im pulling pretty hard when stretching? I sometimes hear a little "pop", and i always feel an intense stretch.
2. If i have gained this much this fast, if i stick to what iv been doing, will my gains slow down as i advance, or will it keep growing at the same rate?
 
The pop you heard is called a lig pop, its a good sign and shows you are gaining. As for the gaining question you may slow down if you just do the same routine as you start to get used to it, try increasing the time you Penis Enlargement or the intensity, but watch out you don't hurt yourself. Finally i would try doing a hot wrap before your stretching sessions as i feel it loosens the ligs and lessens the chance of an injury. hope this helps.

I've always heard its bad to 'overtrain' the penis. From my time reading forums, I've always read that you should take a rest day, especially during your first few weeks.
 
Its hard to imagine doin Penis Enlargement more often. I do a LOT now. I Stretch for at LEAST 30min morning, over an hour sometime during the day or evening (along with all my girth exercises), and about an hour while i read in bed before i go to sleep. Thats EVERY DAY.
Glad that pop is a GOOD sign. Im still wondering if its dangerous to be pulling TOO hard? Also, my head gets really purple sometimes when i am pulling for too long. Is that bad?
 
how long has it been since you've started Penis Enlargement? I know you said you've been doing your current routine for 3 weeks. My guess is that there is a good chance you're overtraining your penis if you've only been pe'ing for 3 weeks. One of the vets would be able to tell you more though, I'm just going off my year of forum browsing :)
 
Ligs pop are somewhat frightenning when you begin Penis Enlargement but that's the sign that you are pulling hard enough (but you don't have to hear them everytime you make a workout).

The best advice i can give you is to continue with your current routine until you don't gain anymore from it .

WOW, nice big gains there! What you are seeing so far is pretty unusual. It does happen for some guys though. I gained 3/4" over a two month period a few months back. Not sure why gains slow for some guys. Other guys keep gaining on a somewhat regular pace. Ligament pops are not good or bad...nor, a sign of growth to come contrary to what other guys may think. It's similar to popping your knuckles. You can make em pop all you want but, they dont get bigger do they? I'm sure youve bent your erection too far in one angle and had it "pop" before....similar thing. Ligaments like to pop when you move them a certain way. I say, as long as you are comfortable with the exercises you are doing and, you are not experiencing pain from your workouts....keep it up man! With stretching...there's not really anything to worry about as far as....over doing it. Just listen to your body and use common sense and youll be fine.
 
Well of course you can pull too hard. Like I said though, pay attention to what your body is telling you. You WILL know if you pull too hard. Pain is the first indicator usually.
 
sorry Body Builder, i read some were that lig pops are a sign of coming growth thats why i told you but looks like im wrong. Take SWM advice over mien, he knows his stuff.
 
Well, you could tear the ligament, which would be a very serious injury, though I don't know how much you'd have to pull to tear it. It doesn't appear to be a common probrem.
 
I believe you'd have to be pulling extremely hard for this to happen, there's always a risk with anything you do in Penis Enlargement if not done properly. We don't actually know how hard you're pulling, this one's left to you, you'll know what's too hard. If you've been doing this for 3 weeks and everything is just dandy, then I say keep doing what you've been doing.

I feel if you guys read that lig post I made which is mentioned above somewhere, you'll know all about lig burns and pops.

I say clearly it DOES NOT indicate growth, nor bad or good....some men are prone to it, like some pop their knuckles easyer than others.

And you'd know if ya TORN a lig......it would be a real real bad burn pain, and it would last along time.
 
REDZULU, have you ever known anyone that has suffered a lig tear and, if so, what are the symptoms prior to the tear? It would be nice if we had a more precise gauge on just how hard to pull before damage is done.
 
I aint heard onf anyone tear their penile ligaments.

If your pulling too hard, you'll feel a very painful burn feeling that wont go away while stretching and gets worse and wose, if one carryed on pulling than they risk damaging the ligs.

If you feel pain than slack of abit....its just listen to ya body.
 
In the event I would start to get considerably pain, what is the recommended rest time? You have to understand, I'm both eager to get results from NPenis Enlargement, but practically terrified of injury.

As long as there was no pain when you felt the pop, all is well. You will have to change your routine every 90 days to keep the penis guessing.
