I'm such a heal
I posted this exercise before but I thought it would make more sense with a photo and a better explanation. I have done this exercise since I stopped doing steady penis enlargement routines. It seems to have not only helped keep my length solid but it has also brought greater girth, stronger erections, better distance while ejaculating, prolonged sex and longer orgasms. Also take note that it will increase your erection angle and has application to curve correction. Using it with DLD's Strapped Method seems to be a total solution to many penis hopes. This exercise, used with the other seems to be the nest maintenance program I have used and it also appears to be giving me gains and better control. Give it a go.
DLD's Erect Ligament Pushup
In a completely erect state, with one hand at base of penis pushing back fat pad, place the heels of your feet on the head of your penis. This is best done on a soft bed in a seated position. Once in a stable position flax your PC muscle while using your heels as resistance against the rise of your erection. I also push my heels downward as to stretch the penis at the same time. I am not sure if everyone can do this due to flexibility but if you are able it may be worth a go. While in the proper position, as I flex the PC muscle I count to ten while providing resistance and downward stretch. The resistance you use is up to you. It will depend on the strength of your pelvic floor muscles but as time goes on you will become stronger and stronger. I will do Ten/10 second raises and then continue with DLD's Strapped Method.
