In a completely flaccid state bundle your penis as many times as you can (this will be between 1 to 4). Once in that position grip the penis just below the head while the other hand is gripping deep in the body, gripping as much internal penis as possible. Now stretch upward while the other hand is pulling down and away from the other hand. Hold this position for 30-60 seconds. Now switch positions, stretch downward with one hand as the other stretches upward, against the strength of the other hand, just like a tug of war. Hold this position for 30-60 seconds. Now stretch straight out against the lower grip and perform 25 Rotary Cranks. This is one rep. Now repeat with the penis twisted in the other direction, so to gain equally.
