This exercise is based on the normal rotary stretch with some minor differences that will train all parts of the penis for length gains. The original Rotary Stretch is where you hold your penis straight out and stretch in circles, small and large. This stretch is performed by gripping at the glans. This new stretch will imitate the original with one big difference, you will be using your other hand to do the same function at the base, in an opposite rotation. So as the upper hand is rotating to the left the lower hand, at the base, will be rotating to the right. This stretch is very similar to using a hand drill. I have been doing these for about 2 weeks now and have determined them to be a very powerful exercise that will work the Tunica, Shaft, Ligaments & Expressive Length all in 1!
