Hi guys, I am new here to this forum first time i have ever registered for a Pe Forum. It seems that it is necessary considering i am having some problem's with my Pe.
I have been doing PE for the past Year and a Half i do stretches, Jelqs, Clamping and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Traction[/words] wrapping.... Now here is the problem I do mostly jelqing and clamping my routine goes something like this on a good day:

Warm-Up: 10 Minutes
Stretch: 10 Minutes
Clamping: 40 Minutes (3x10mins plus 5 minutes between rest)
Jelqs: 15 Minutes (slow jelqs 3-4 seconds)
Warm-down: 10 Minutes


After all this i [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] wrap sometimes for up to 6 hours.

I have been doing this on and off I usually Clamp 2-3 Times a week but i jelq and stretch almost 4 Times a week. AND STILL NO GAINS!!
I am really surprised on why... I go to the gym religiously i eat healthy i take multivitamins, Fish Oil and zinc.

I need help and i know one of you here can help me...
 
Do you perform kegels and reverse kegels too? Exhausting your pelvic floor muscles or pushing more blood into the shaft while doing your exercises should help in growth.
 
Honestly I never really tried that treasurehunter. But also I forgot to mention I'm 18 does that affect my growth?

Your penis might be needing something intense. For length I suggest you buy the length master and also get yourself the Mityvac pump for girth. You will surely gain with this devices.
