Hi guys, I am new here to this forum first time i have ever registered for a Pe Forum. It seems that it is necessary considering i am having some problem's with my Pe.
I have been doing PE for the past Year and a Half i do stretches, Jelqs, Clamping and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Traction[/words] wrapping.... Now here is the problem I do mostly jelqing and clamping my routine goes something like this on a good day:
Warm-Up: 10 Minutes
Stretch: 10 Minutes
Clamping: 40 Minutes (3x10mins plus 5 minutes between rest)
Jelqs: 15 Minutes (slow jelqs 3-4 seconds)
Warm-down: 10 Minutes
After all this i [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] wrap sometimes for up to 6 hours.
I have been doing this on and off I usually Clamp 2-3 Times a week but i jelq and stretch almost 4 Times a week. AND STILL NO GAINS!!
I am really surprised on why... I go to the gym religiously i eat healthy i take multivitamins, Fish Oil and zinc.
I need help and i know one of you here can help me...
