i have been reading about Decon breaks and I think this migth help me to keep gaining, i have been doing pe for 6 months now and in the last two months and a half i haven`t gained anything.
I wanted to ask, Should i do at least a couple of streches to keep what i have gained?. I think that gains are already cemented but for more security.
And regarding girth, once i come back from the decon i want to start doing some Girth Workout.
Is it enough just clamping? 20 or 30 minutes a day? Could someone please give me some tips on Girth Workout?
And another thing that i wanted to ask is about the penis Curvature. I have an Upward curve and i really want to get rid of it.
With the Curve my dick measures 6,6 NBP and when i strech the Curve it measures 7,2 NBP. I know its a G Spot Stimulator but i preffer that extra length roflrofl.
What can i do about it? have someone success correcting a curve?.
The only thing i did is the next:
When i am totally erected i pull against the curve, is this effective?
