I dont know what this would accomplish exactly but I think a stretched flaccid that is under a vacuum epands not only lenghtwise but also in thickness.

I have thought of that and even attempted it out of curiosity, but I stopped the experiment before it got painful and I did slip out anyway.

It might work with low intensity, but considering what you are doing I don't think it is worth the risk. (It's like using a metal clamping device, or something... you are calling for injury.)

The fluid would make odd shapes and if it was attempted for sure make it a mission to pad well around where the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is fitted. Sure when I think about this the concept is sound, while stretched out under a vacuum should work well its having it done safely. If the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] could be made to fit snug inside the pump and the attachment to the glans a good fit, who knows. Perhaps the piece that connects to the head would be best being one of those vacuum things and not the typical noose or strap used.

The hardcore stretches are great and they seem to target base girth and pulling inner penis out. Already Stretched under vaccum would do something else.

Well this does already exist.. kinda.

The accordion part of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] does just that. The only way we stretch out is because the accordion is compressed to its max. The stiffer/stronger accordion would correct this.
