How long does it take to get a response? I haven't heard back rom Joe or Agust? :/

When it falls off, gotta glue it man. I had my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] a year, the pad fell off the first 3 months, you can pump without it. I need a new [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] period. The comforts in life sometimes are luxuries we take for granted, you have to do what you can to make it work.

1. Kindly photograph your unit showing the detached Comfort Ring.

3. He will then examine the photos and send you a new unit free of charge.
4. In some cases he might ask you to send them back to more detailed examination.

I feel your pain guys, I sent pics of my faulty ring in months ago and was asked to send the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] all the way to the UK. Instead of being without it for weeks I decided to try and fix it with different super glues which havent worked well and Im pretty much maxed out at the base so when the base ring is faulty the plastic really digs into the skin.. frustrating because when the thing is working its a hell of a device... now its falling off again... boo.
I do know that those that have CCed me, so I have been able to follow up have been sent directly from the factory. It may take 2-3 weeks for the unit to arrive from there so hold on guys. Just in case email me and I will talk to Jessica on Monday morning.

3 months later of trying to get a replacement and doing everything asked multiple times I had to contact the factory one more time to find out the status of my shipment after being told 2 weeks ago it was being sent I find out " the shipment was lost and another was sent out today" I have a strong feeling it was not sent out 2 weeks ago and just sent yesterday. What a nightmare this has been.

If they are making these mistakes with sending out items its not good but from my own one experience with them during December 2009 I had no trouble at all from the UK factory. These seals however are the thorn in the side and MUST be sorted out. Its a shame other [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]HydroPump[/words] makers aren't around to give the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] more competition and than they would clean the game on the seals. I do like [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and recommend them but if these seals keep falling apart its not good ... not good image at all!
