Clamping or Pumping?

I know everybody reacts different to each exercise but which one would produce better solid girth gains?

Both. as every comment suggests. I clamp countless hrs. The only time I'm not clamped is when I'm in the tube with the pump - which I tube pack damn near instant. But the Girth is all great! After an hr of pumping - I clamp again to hold the initial pump..the results over time are ridiculous! condoms only go 1/2 way up my shaft...if clamping and pumping proves a point...find your technique brother and go in deep like none other and you'll discover how much more you can be...

Both work in synergy i.e they compliment one another. I do both in my workouts.
