Ginger root has anti-coagulant properties, which will increase blood-flow. I give 3-4grams of dried ginger root (capsules) to my wife during her time of the month to help with circulation and to relieve cramps. Fresh ginger works well for this, as well as raw garlic.
If we are talking supplements, I could share a short bit. My pre-girth nutrition looks like this, usually consumed 1 hour before working out.
2g L-Arginine
2g Ginger Root
750mg Horny Goat Weed Extract
3100mg Pure Maca Root Powder
I also get zinc every morning in my Multi-Vit.
Maca is amazing btw. I throw about 2500-3100mg of it in my wife's protein shake every morning (I make her breakfast every morning, ain't I sweet?) and she's been a HORNY DEVIL over the past week. Oh, and it does wonders for my libido as well. In 1 week of daily use, we've gone from having sex every 2-3 days, to multiple times everyday! Usually I get a morning BJ, or morning slam session, and then later in the evening we pound it until I come at least twice more. She's been in heaven, cumming about 5-7 times a day.
