I've been off PEing for a while, but now it is time to get back at it!
My goal is to reach 8'' in length. To me, this is the magic number. As for girth, 6'' would be great.
Here is the routine I'll be trying for the next few weeks.
-Basic Stretching in the morning (3 sets of each):
-Pulling straight down (30 seconds)
-Pulling straight to the right (30 seconds)
-Pulling straight to the left (30 seconds)
-Pulling straight up (30 seconds)
-Cranking rotary (30 seconds)
-Bathmate pump in the evening: 3 sets of 5 minutes at maximum length.
-Bathmate will be followed by 300 jelqs and I'll work my way up to 600 over the next few days/weeks.
-I have been thinking of using the SizeGenetics Extender or Uncle Jim's Strapping Method to make sure my penis stays elongated all day long and avoid any turtle neck from happening. However, for now I decided to try out a routine Dr. Kenneth Adams suggested to me a few months ago. (For those who don't know Dr. Adams, he is known as the pioneer of chemical penis enlargement.) Basically, every 2-3 hours, I will perform some basic stretching (only 1 set of each exercises listed previously). After the stretching, I will apply some Verapamil cream on my penis. Verapamil is a calcium channel blocker believed to prevent the formation of scare tissue/plaques. On top of that, I will also avoid wearing underwear whenever possible.
There will also be another chemical part to my routine. I thought about trying Dr. Adams' full protocol but I found it be a little too hardcore for now. I don't like sticking needles too often in my penis. So I came up with my own chemical routine:
-I will be taking 5mg of Cialis daily to keep a good blood flow in my penis. I believe without a constant good blood flow, gains are slower.
-Luckily, I have been able to get real pharmaceutical grade growth hormone (Genotropin from Pfizer). I'll be taking 2.7 IU daily. The real reason I started doing HGH is to help me with my fitness goals. However, I believe that if it can help me with my muscles, chances are it will also help me with my PE routine.
-I will also be doing a 12 week cycle of testosterone enanthate (injection). I'll be doing 500mg per week. I don't believe testosterone might be as useful as HGH for the PE routine, but I don't believe it will hinder my progress. The worst that could happen is that it won't do anything.
-I will give myself 1-2 days off per week depending on how my penis is responding.
There you go. That will be my routine for the next 2-3 months. I will probably modify a few things along the way.
