I would like to post this as I'm suffered with ED so if the urologist say that i have a poor circulation and i would have to take Vigra, i wonder if they are the best pills to treat for the ED to restore the erection quality?

I think focusing on your overall health and specifically your testosterone levels will help in that regard. Yep, I agree Kegels is the good things to help with my erection quality to make it last longer better than others, but like i said i will have to wait and see what the urologist say first before I take it further. I cant just force on kegels to make the swelling even worse if i attempt to try it out which I did and it got worst

Besides viagra there is a drug that some pornstars use called caverject. It works within 10 minutes and is very effective but like viagra it is stupidly expensive and requires injecting it directly into your dick. Sounds pretty damn painful to me.
