i have tried at least 4 routines, one of my own, three of other peoples (namely DLD's) and sometimes i would be a nut and combine routines. sometimes i would get an affective work out, and sometimes i would crash and burn by totally wasting my time. however i did find what i think to be a very affective way to get some fast gains.

i don't know how many of you noticed this, i'm sure that many of you have felt what i'm about to talk about many times, i just don't read it that much here on this forum...so i thought i would bring it out into the open.

the key to Penis Enlargement is breaking down the cells and letting them heal, we all know this to be true. the general definition of a good work out is when you feel your dick is all pumped up full of blood and a little sore. but of course not TOO sore. it's all about body feel. people on this forum focus too much on routines, routines are guides and paths to getting a great work out. they are not the sure fire way to get fast gains, that was how one person got it and is sharing their esperiences. i have given out my original routine (the one that gave me the most gains) and i haven't really heard any sucess stories from it. which makes me sad but doesn't supprise me because i don't think i stressed the real key to my routine, and what i think is key to anybodies routine.

body feel is important, it is the KEY to Penis Enlargement. if you feel that your routine isn't giving enough of a work out, but did before in the past, then reevaluate you rroutine...don't ditch it all together!! you want that good work out and if you have to push hader by going for an extra 20 mins or even 50 mins, then do it! it's as much as your penis can handle.

now here is the thing that i noticed. combining the two facts that Penis Enlargement is all about breaking down the cells and letting them heal, along with body feel..i have come to find that there is only one way to know that you're gettin the best work out that you can. you need to notice the texture of your penis after the work out. if the tissue feels smooth, then you're taking the right steps to the gains. however you want to go past the smoothness, you wanna feel that the cells have broken down TOTALLY, as much as you can. to me, it feels like my dick is almost "puddy" or "squishy", kind of like if you were playing with a big wad of play dough. when it's like that it feels longer and fatter, and often times a little if not all the way numb. do NOT push it too hard, feel what your body is saying. if you're having a sharp pain and it actually hurts then STOP immediately and warm down. if you still feel pain then make sure to give it a couple of days rest. again, it's all about how your body feels.

if you decide to take this route, i would suggest to really warm up, at least 15-30 mins of a warm up, make sure that the dick is already nice and loose before you even touch it. i have done this by putting warm water in a big cup and dunkin my penis into it, it would usually take about 2 mins to warm up that way. however if you don't have a big enough cup, go into the shower for 15 mins or so and let the water hit your dick, or use a heated blanket and put it on high, or even if you have a lap top just put it on your lap and let it warm you up down there. that's what i've been doing lately. after you get your routine going and finally you feel like you have reached all you can do in that work out, then warm down for another 15-30 mins again so it is guaranteed to have some blood flow down there for that time.

when i first started this routine i didn't see much difference between my pre Penis Enlargement work out hang and my Post Penis Enlargement work out hang, but after a month it was getting bigger and bigger. i found myself having as big of a hang as 1 in more than what it usually is. first for only 15 mins or so but then it turned into and hour! i would make sure to do this every other day using my routine. this way it would give enough time for the dick to heal and then you hit it hard the next day.

anyway, i wouldn't advise this for newbies. you would need at least some Penis Enlargement experience before you start to really really breakd down the cells. for the newbies i would suggest slowly easing into the "puddy feeling" over a few months time. each time break down the cells a lil more and a lil more. until you finally get that feeling.

anywhoo, i hope this post helps shed some light on a few things, i hope it helps people the way it did me. good luck with it if you choose to follow this path.
 
Good post. It seems some just may be "going through the motions" of Penis Enlargement and not really working your dick out. If I feel like I have gotten a good workout I will stop short of what I planned to do, or if I feel I didn't do enought I will go longer.
 
SAMZ, I don't know about using the laptop to warm up. Radiation levels are suppose to cause problems for sperm count, at least that's what's been shown in research recently, but that is to prolonged exposure (usually 2-3 hours or more regularly).

Get a cop that's deep enough and do a warm soak, that's the best way using moist heat for some reason works much better than dry heat, at least in my experiences.
 
I think this is the EXACT way to make good gains. This is why so many men fail at Penis Enlargement. Learn your body and how Penis Enlargement works. Memorizing and cranking out a set routine x amount of minutes x amount of nights will do nothing if you are not paying attention to your body and what you are doing to it!

this is all true...my problem is my routines take way to long..over an hour or so...I just don't know how to cut the time down without sacrificing my gains. The problem with these long routines is I sometimes catch my self slacking off and getting too tired to continue, thus, doing a half ass job jelqing or something else. I really need to change my routines to make it shorter, but with the same impact it already has... ?:(
 
That's pretty easy to do if you superset things. Do a combination of exercises in a series/sequence and you will cut down on overall time and energy expenditure but you will also get the benefit of working different aspects depending on what exercises you choose.

A good example would be girth busters, or Supra Slammers. You can do a combination of horse 440s, ulis, and DLD bends for an overall approach to girth work. As for length you can use A-stretches, bundled stretches, and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] stretch to work the tunica over in a superset manner. These are a few examples, but you can get into it and look and see what you like and put something together. Save some time and effort. If you need to you can always break up your sessions.
 
Advice from big gainers is always worth listening to. I do sometimes alter my daily routine because I feel like a change, and I dont stop until my penis looks and feels like its been through a cheesegrater. Well, not that bad, but its sore.

Preferrably a female cop. The male ones tend to get cranky if you try this with them. Pepper spray + penis = very bad.

Taser + penis = much worse than pepper spray. :D

The only time I ever had that feeling was the first day I ever did Penis Enlargement, I jelqued at 100% erection (as I thought was the norm at the time) which would be about 80% these days, and I went for about an hour......the first day (and for the next week)
I long for that feeling to come back, because thats the only time I really made gains...
I think I fucked my dick outta gains from doing that, going in too fast ....

As for warming up, I have always just filled up a 4 liter Ice cream container with really hot water and bring it to my room, put a washcloth in, get it warmed up, and wrap it around my cock. And I like to warm up every couple minutes during a workout and the water in the big container stays hot throughout a my routine.
Its funny, sometimes I will forget to empty the container after a workout and when a freind drops by there is my big jug of stagnant vaseline water :D, sitting on the coffee table in my room......No one has yet to say a thing :D
 
Great post samzman,do you recomend doing more jelqs a session? I currently do about 500 a session and my penis dosen't really feel fatigued and it dosen't seem like its "puddy" or "squishy". Do you think I should do more?
 
yeah. i would suggest going more on a time limit than doing 500 jelqus. and if you get more comfortable then up the time. just do what you have to to get that feeling.
