I’m posting this because someone wanted me to post what my routine had been for the past month.

By all means, I haven’t a clue as to what works and what don’t for anyone else. I’ve only been “dedicated” to this one month now. But, I have gained one half inch length in 30 days.

I hope this post don’t Jinx my growth. (fingers are crossed while typing).

I owe it all to this board and the PP Board - IMHO, the support is what keeps people motivated.

I check these boards every day and read almost every new post!

Officially Started: September 01, 2003.

Beginning Measurements
Girth: 4.75
BPLength: 6.50
Width: 1.50

NOW: Oct 01, 2003 (30 Days Later)
Girth: 5.25 (½ Inch Gain)
BPLength: 7.0 (½ Inch Gain)
Width: 1.75 (¼ Inch Gain)

I contribute the length gain to DLD’s Foot Long Stretch!

My next line of stats may also answer a few questions or even blow a few theories that I’ve read here and there.

AGE: 46 (Old compared to some of you bucks here)
SMOKER: Yes, All the time (not necessarily recommended) Don’t Start!
ALCOHOL: Na, just occasionally.
PILLS: Yes, Colossal Brand from US Drug Store
VITAMINS: Yes, never took a multi-vitamin in my life till now.
Herbs: Yes, Horny Goat Weed Tablets. ( The name sounded good!)
DRINK WATER: Yes, Started drinking lots of water 1 month ago.
OTHER LIQUIDS: Yes, Unsweetened Black Cherry Juice Concentrate. The Pharmacist saw my Colossal Pills and said here drink this too. ( He didn’t say why )
VASECTOMY: Yes, in 1999 (snip snip) FYI, an operation which blocks the tubes (the vas deferens) which carry a man's sperm to the p-e-n-i-s. Sex drive increases not decreases! - Yeah, I still got balls and they work just fine!

Penis Enlargement EXERSISES

Well, I probably do most of the exercises that everyone else does, with the exception that I do EVERYTHING in 99 to 100 Degree Water.

(Crap - Do we really have to hear the Hot Tub Story Again!)

Yes! - I know, some of you may think this is SILLY… But when someone asks about my routine, I have to mention the HT because it is a part of my routine.

My thinking on this was simple…

If a 5 minute Hot Towel Warm Up or Soaking your Meat in a Cup of Warm Water is supposed to loosen up the Ligs and get the tissue ready to be stretched and expanded, then why not do Penis Enlargement in the Hot Tub…

If your P-E-N-I-S and Ligs are completely suBathmateersed in 100 Degree Water during the Stretching and Jelqing, wouldn’t one assume that ALL could expand and stretch much easier than if it were in 72 degree room temp air?

It’s just my theory, developed from several failed attempts at Penis Enlargement back many years ago…

Back then I didn’t have a Hot Tub and I never could get through the first 2 weeks of Penis Enlargement cause I couldn’t stand the bruising, spotting, and soreness of it all. Ok, so I was a wimp, and privacy was also an issue at the time, so I could never get a good solid warm up with the Hot Wrapping Method. Several times I tried and never made it past the 2nd week.

I also didn’t have these great Forums and all you great guys to rely on for good solid information.

Now, with the addition of an Indoor Hot Tub Room and Ultimate Privacy, I do believe doing Penis Enlargement in the Hot Tub helped me get through the first 2 weeks this time WITH minimal complaints.

Don’t get me wrong, I still get sore and my Ligs scream for mercy sometimes, but I never saw a single bruise and the few red spots I did see were gone in a matter of hours.

I have previously posted asking someone to just try this - You don’t need a hot tub! Everyone has a bath tub… Just fill it up with 99 to 100 Degree water, and try it for 2 weeks and see if you can tell the difference! - I believe it does make a difference, but, I also read a lot of stuff that works for one person doesn’t work for another.

I guess you just have to get you own routine and do what works for you.

Anyway, so Here’s My Hot Tub Penis Enlargement Routine:

2 Sessions Each Day 1 MidDay and 1 at Night.
( I work from home, so I have time for 2 sessions a day)

Also, you know this means that I have only 12 Hours Recovery Time between each session. I have heard you need at least 24 hours. But, this has worked for me.

TOTAL Penis EnlargementR DAY = 2,000 Jelqs & 1-½ hours of Stretching.
This amouts to several hours that I spend each day in Hot Water (no pun intended)
7 ON and ZERO Off. (No off days since I started!)
Also, I do Lazy Ass Stretches During the Day while Working at Computer.
500 Keagles per day (I still can’t hold them longer than 12 seconds each- any advice?)

My PM or Night Time Session.

Enter Hot Tub and begin basic warm up stretching.
Pulling in all directions and holding All stretches for 1 minute each.
Then I do A Stretches awhile. (A-Stretches, I think that’s what they’re called)
Then I move to Under the Leg Stretches.
Then on to DLD’s Foot Long Stretches. (I love this stretch and do lots)
Then I sit calmly in the water (listening to Meat Loaf CD‘s) and do Lazy Ass Stretches.
ALL TOTAL I do 45 Minutes of Stretching.
Note: When stretching to music - I Hold Stretches tight and do a Pulsing Tug in time to the Beat! (Meat Loaf's Bat out of Hell has a nice Stretching Tug Beat!)

Then I move on to Wet Jelqing. (maybe it’s double wet Jelqing, water + lube LOL)
I stand up and Grease my Pole good with Vaseline.
Sit back down in the water and do 1,000 Jelqs.
I do these 80 to 90 Percent Hard. Lately, I can’t keep it down and am sometimes 100% Hard.
I pull the Jelqs down, left, right, sometimes up.
I do 300 slow, each lasting 3 seconds.
Then 200 fast, each quick and lasting only 1 second.
That’s 500.
Then I grease up again and start over.
300 slow, each lasting 3 seconds.
200 fast, each quick and lasting only 1 second.
That’s 1,000.
I then sit in the water (Listening to Jimmy Buffet CD’s) and soak for 10 more minutes.

My Mid-Day Session ( Usually after Lunch Time )
It’s the Same as above….

Enter Tub and begin warm up stretching.
Pulling in all directions and holding the stretches for 1 minute each.
Then I do A Stretches awhile.
Then I move to Under the Leg Stretches.
Then on to DLD’s Foot Long Stretches. (I love this stretch and do lots)
Then I sit calmly (listening to Meat Loaf CD‘s) and do Lazy Ass Stretches.
ALL TOTAL I do 45 Minutes of Stretching.

Then I move on to Jelqing.

Ok - There it is.

For stretching under water I use a Rubber Latex Glove to get a good grip. However, recently I have discovered a piece ½” Thick Foam Rubber about 8 inches long also works good to wrap just behind the head for a grip point.

For those worried about their Hot Tub, just throw in a few scum balls to soak up the Vaseline that turns to oil on the surface. Clean the Skimmer and Filter every week and it’s good to go!

Finally, can someone help me with the Keagle problem… I can't clinch for over 12 seconds. Or will it get easier with time as my PC gets stronger?

Yep! - Considering my age... :( I won't have quite as many years left to use my newer improved penis as most of you guys will - so I gotta work fast!:p

I should'a been doing Penis Enlargement all these years instead of fishing!;)

I meant I'm gonna DIE before most of you younger bucks do...

So I gotta work fast to get bigger, so I can use it during the YEARS I do have left.

At 46, I've started thinking about how little time I got left...

I saw a post somewhere (maybe in here) that said:

Assuming it takes you 5 years to Reach Your Penis Enlargement Goal
- Take your age NOW and Subtract from 65 (average life span)...
Then subtract the 5 Years Needed to Reach Your Penis Enlargement Goal...
EQUALS = Time left to use your Bigger Improved Penis.

At Age 46 (for me) - That equals only 14 Years Left for ME.

Now if you're say 25 Years Old.... You got a whole 35 Years Left.

Suppose you were 60 Years Old When you started Penis Enlargement?

65 minus 60 = 5 / minus 5 Years of Penis Enlargement = ZERO
I'd probably just quit Penis Enlargement and go back to fishing... LOL

Do the math - It's scary for me.:eek:
 
Nice thread there BigWillie, i am 43 i do most if not all my stretches in the Bath and i find that my ligs do not get as sore as when i have done them out of water in the past, i also feel the recovery time is a lot quicker. I do not do the jelqs in the water find the bath to restrictive for that ( wish i could ) i have to sit on the edge of the bath.

I'm finally glad to hear that someone else has tried this (at least for stretching) and agrees the Underwater Penis Enlargement is beneficial to them too.;)
