I wanted to say something about a question I am always asked. When I take someone one on one much of the time they are very frustrated and feel that a more advanced program is what will help them gain. Sometimes this is the case but I have found a method that even works better in many of the cases I deal with. STARTING OVER. This is hard to swallow especially to a vet who has been training for more than a year but starting with basics is sometimes the best medicine. When someone joins the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] paysite I almost always tell them to start at PHASE 1. I do this because I think there is much to be said and learned about the basics of Penis Enlargement. I have heard so many times from people that they were doing this or that wrong and after a refresher course they started gaining. Being able to see the videos and diagrams of basic exercise is worth so much sometimes.
 
Well said DLD. I, by no means am an experienced Penis Enlargement expert like you or many on this board, but I can at least atest to where you are coming from. I often relate Penis Enlargement to weight training. I can imagine people can get thrown off a solid routine with this and that exercises that are available out there and wind up taking the basics for granted. I know I did that when weight training. I took the basics, which are the building blocks of weight training, for granted as I felt that I was simply beyond their simplistic nature.

Very true. I think for allot of guys it's hard to say "I am not sure if I'm doing this right". I know for myself in everything I the temptation to be a know it all. I have found this lesson out so many way, IT'S MORE DANGEROUS TO KNOW A LITTLE THAN NOTHING AT ALL. I have found that being humble, admitting I don't know, and allowing myself to learn has been my greatest quality. When we can say "teach me" we gain knowledge.

What I wounder is how many would have great gains if they just stretched 5-15 minutes and then jelqed untill they had a good pump +1-2 after being "full"? My thought is we as pe'ers then to overdo right from the start. If we didn't start out overdoing maybe we would have more, better gains with less work.

yea i understand what you're saying

I think i took myself too far my first month ( a while ago) and didn't see any gains) I just starting back up recently and am going a little lighter. before I did like 1000 100% hard jelqs, now I'm doing 10-15 minutes of clamp work, being careful not to take it too far

As amazing as this statement sounds there may be some validity to it.

Understanding the basics of Penis Enlargement and seeing the simplicity in exercises like the JELQ or basic stretching are invaluable. The phrase "learning to walk before we run" is very credible here.

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
