I have recently found my very first pictures from when I started Penis Enlargement. These pictures are from July 2007. At the time I was 20 and my stats were 5.9nbp and 4.7 eg. I am now 7.25 nbp and 5.1 eg. I only have one measurement picture from that time but I think the other pictures still show how much I have grown. I could not stay completely hard for the new measurement picture but you can still see the gains. The picture that really shocked me was my old flaccid pictures. My penis is never that small anymore and my balls are almost never that high either.

I am just going for girth now. I usually do 10 minutes [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 10 minutes of clamping then 10 minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. I then repeat all three of them for a total of 60 minutes. I try to do it everyday if time permits and if I am not able to I at least use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] while I am showering.
 
Most of my length gains came in the first year from doing DLD beginner routine. I would do that routine if you have not already. I then incorporated some of the advanced stretches into that. Lately I have had a hard time gaining length so I am just focusing on girth at the moment. I have also been with a few girls who seemed to find my length uncomfortable in certain positions (which really surprised me since I am far from huge), so I really just want to add to my girth (which has been much harder for me to gain).

My brother, have you been able to consilidate your gains for life or when you stop exercising the penis returns How it was if it was like this l will not make any attempt

You need to understand that YES keeping gains in PE does work, but it doesnt happen over night.

It's alot like how working out at the gym works:
If you stop working out, you'll lose some muscle, if you dont manage your eating and cardio, you'll likely get fat. Make sense?

The same goes for Penis Exercises, if you stop stretching for weeks without FIRST cementing gains, then you'll likely lose some of the gains. You have to put in enough time to Solidify your gains. Do not forget this.

For example, after EVERY single stretching session I will put on my silisleeevs to keep myself extended so I can HEAL stretched ligaments in an extended state.

You need to just keep at PE to solidify your gains and keep them, I'm still far from my goal but I dont plan on ever stopping. Once I hit my goal I will either continue stretching or just maintain less excercises for better bloodflow and penis health.

A day not worked on PE is a day of gains you could have had under your belt. Trust me I've wasted days/weeks I wish I hadn't wasted.

Just do it. But be careful :)

Iam thinking of suicide i do not want you to lie to me. Just answer me. I want to explain to me what it means to consilidate the creative gains
 
No ones lying, gains are there for life, its always good once you reach your goal to continue for few months after to help cement those final measurements , have you started your routine yet? If not you should start and stop the worrying otherwise you will never find out for yourself

A two year routine to make the most of that time I highly recommend SRT. You may make your goal even faster. As far as healing goes you can do maintenance after you have game the size you desire one time per week for an additional six months to be sure everything is permanent. I have heard of people losing temporary gains but not ever permanent.

A device or tool to keep you in an elongated state would be the SiliStretcher. This device can be used both for gaining and for healing. After you train every day you should wear this through the night and every other moment you’re not training. This is the super fast way to cement your gains.
