You can eat the "cleanest" best sources but if you eat 6000kcal worth you are not gonna loose weight (unless your gonna burn 6k+)
At the same time you can eat donuts and cookies but if you gonna be in calories deficit, you are gonna loose weight.

Exactly, that's why tracking macros is great, cause it forces you to "eat clean" in order to fit within the numbers you've set your self. Most people who "flexible diet" eat 80-90% "clean" foods

when you're losing weight but at the same time you're losing muscle mass, water and increase body fat. what you pretty much do everytime you diet, you're on a hit/miss bases, that's probably gonna be more miss than it. and that is just how your body works and then you blame the people.

What? If you're saying thats what you do with macros, that's totally wrong, macros is HIT. Not counting and "oh i'll just eat clean nutritious food" is Hit and miss. Not to be a dick, but when you say things like that it isn't true and you could misguide people by saying it.

Best way to actually keep muscle mass is to work out. I can shed % bodyfat while keeping muscle mass at only cookie diet with caloric deficit bro and so can you.
Not that I recommend it, but thats all there is to it. Those never ending yo-yo diet people, especially females, dont work out to keep any muscle mass.

Even at caloric deficit my strenght usually goes up because I work out more compound movement with more weight.

We have counted calories for 30-40 years and it didn't work.and preaching the same thing for another 40 years won't make it magically works.
And counting macros is a close cousin to that.
We have survived thousand of years without a calculator on the dinner table.

So preaching that is truly misleading and hurting others.

It does work, it's just people don't stick to it. It's like saying 20-10 doesn't equal ten. It does, same as your TDEE (Total daily energy expenditure) - 500Kcal you WILL loose weight. I promise you it WILL work. You can preach your snake oils sales men words all you like. The problem is the psychology behind keeping people consistently doing something. The reason we are becoming obese, is because untill modern times food wasn't in abundance.

Exactly, if you are struggling to loose weight you should eat 90% vegetables because you will NOT be hungry. Eating 5000 calories in vegetables is next to impossible. But if you eat whole foods or not, those foods still have calories in them and to be sure you can still count those so you know what to do when you're not loosing.

possible to a degree but harder. You can get fat on "healthy" foods just as much as donuts, you just get more volume so it's harder. For example, 10 bananas a day, 2 Avacado, 3 potatoes you're already around 2400 calories which is the same amount of calories an average mans maintenance calories is. Compare to a big mac meal which is 1/4 of the volume and is around 1000 calories. That is why people are fat nowadays.

Weight loss has become so important to me this time around. My belly fat really changed and is now lower into my fatpad. I have no clue how to attack this as the fat at the pad is separate now from my belly fat. This happened over the last year and I really do not like it. It causes me to turtle, something I have never experienced. I am working on a new experiment with the fat pad and hope to have results to show after a couple months. I am also dieting again.

It's funny and strange at the same time how fast the fats come back after a short while. It doesn't even take up to a year some times.

It is just odd how where the fat is as I never had this issue. I would hold fat consistency from my belly into my fat pad. Today I have belly fat but it stops at my lower abs and becomes flat then when it reaches my fat pad it is a new roll of fat, one that is really messing with my flaccid size. I have the feeling this is the kind of fat that needs liposuction. I would never do that but now I understand why men do.

Not sure but kind of worrisome. My penis now is also 100% covered with foreskin when flaccid. I have never had fat like this so I am thinking you are right, a change in my body.
