Flaccid or erect pumping

Long sets or short 5mins sets??

Gains??

At the minute I am doing 4x 5mins in gym shower after a workout. Should I change it up to 1x20min set or 2x10mins etc etc
 
I edge to where I feel like have to cum, then I put the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] on with warm water and pump to full pressure. I leave it on for 20-22 min (start with less time unless you want a purple weener) Then I do a warm down with jelqing and gently erect bends. Then usually half an hour to 2 hours later I have sex.
 
My problem is I can't use it erect as I use it in the gym shower. I have an air pump at home I use for erect pumping. I alternate [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] fours days week and air pump 3days week.

I also air clamp 4days week and wet jelq every day for 20-30minutes at 50% erection

Goal is girth and flaccid size
 
ok mate i do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] stretches and they are intense and feel great so maybe you could try them.

i pump up to full pressure then stretch in each direction for 30 seconds then i do rotarys 10 cranks clock wise, 10 cranks anti clock wise then i repeat this which takes between 6 - 7 minutes all together then i realease pressure n take off my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] n rest for 5 minutes then go threw the process again, i usually do 3 sets of this and its really good mate :) give it a go.

this is the stretches i do:

left - 30 secs
straight out - 30 secs
right - 30 secs
up - 30 secs
down - 30 seconds
20 rotaries - 10 CW, 10 ACW
x2 = 1 set

also a little tip as your stretching the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] with one hand, use your other hand to hold the bottom of the gator tight to your body so you dont lose suction.

I put the pump in my towel and hit the shower then pump when I'm in there.

Then wrap up in towel and head to locker. Some looks with the post pump penis when I walk to locker lol

How is your girth looking after a session?
 
Haha its private cubicles so it's all good lol :)

Was off work so had a bath and pumped. hit 5.75in expansion after session.
