I would like clarification and assistance if anyone has the knowledge.

Is it the ligaments, or is it erection strength that gives you a strong "unbendy" erection? By "bendy", I'm referring to the bending that the penis does when the woman is on top of you.

My results have been tremedously rewarding. My routine swtiches every 4 weeks, but stays primarily girth oriented. I've limited stretching to 1-2 times per week, although I don't really remember why. LOL. Is there something I can do/study to improve my issue of a bendy penis. I've probably had this issue forever, but now that I'm so picky about my penis, I feel that it is time to resolve this.

Its erection strenght my man. Edge and edge and the bendy penis will go away, at least it did for me.
 
Kegels, kegels and more kegels. Adding in edging and such will only help you become stronger and stronger. The muscles responsible for this strength begin at the base of the penis so this is where you will see the changes.

Have you found in your course of study any answers as to whether or not you should allow recovery time between days of kegals. I've read a lot of DLDs stuff and I realize that he works at Penis Enlargementing everyday just about, but is this fit for everyone?

Customization of time, exercise and routines is important to each person. I think in the beginning guys should stick with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words], or Phase 1, as it is written. 7 days on, no days off, standard routine, etc. then as they become more aware of the body changes, change the parts that do not agree with them (ie: routine length, days off, etc.)
