Well I measured today for the first time in like a year. I really have not been to active in real Penis Enlargement, I might pump before a date, or edge for erection strenght and staying power, but I lost .5in in lenght and .25 in in girth due to inactivity. Though it is bigger now then when I began Penis Enlargement, it is dissapointing to find out.

That being said it has giving me new motovation to achive future progress, I want to get above and beyond where I was once at. Time to change my signature, and my approach.

I lost my quick gains I got as a newbie...but they quickly came back when I started.

I bet that .5" comes back within 3 weeks or so..

BOO HOO, lol :) I know man, but it is dissapointing to see what you worked so hard for go away.

So true, I thought I was doing enough to maintain, but now I see I was not.
 
it most deffinitly will. and im telling you the key secret to do is the infamous 72hour program thats been mentioned here. talk about some quick gains

Further review the 72hour program you speak of only brings me right back here on this post. After a search. I have some things in the making that I know will assist me back to where I was at. This go around I'm much smarter.

I like the idea but you have to be smart about your Penis Enlargement, and doing something like that is not for me at this point in my Penis Enlargement career. I know I have to let my dick heal, at least 24 hours, that is where I got my best gains, anywhere from 24 to 36 hours of rest between workouts.

At one time I was doing 3 sessions a day and I did gain but my erection quality suffered. That I cant have, I have a plan and am sticking to it. I got this belive me, I'm just frustrated because I lost some size, and wanted to vent.
 
I predict that it will come back faster than you might at first imagine. Focus on your big dick the way it was, and before you know it, you'll have it back.

You will get that right back. Jump into my new length routine...you will double your loss as a gain. If my routine does not work hang your hat...it is the most intense length work ever.
