Are there people that CAN'T gain length?

Just tried my regular stretching workout. Basically the same thing happen everytime:

1. I pull my dick.
2. I stop as I can't pull it any further.
3. Nothing.

I don't feel ANYTHING. I can't even imagine what "a good stretch" feels like. Does anyone else have this problem? :(
 
It can be more hard for people to gain, why this is I don't know, but the first thing that comes to mind is the Septum. You need to change your routine up, try Blasters or sock stretches, anything that will equal greater force than just normal stretch i.e fulcrum stretches.
 
try in different directions, use different stretch methods, theres 100s of ways. Try hanging. For that matter try marathon hanging (only if you been at it for a while), that will DEF boost your gains.

You just have to keep trying different methods and different approaches. It's a lot about trial and error. Once you hit on the right combination, your dick will get the message and it will grow. Don't give up. Make it a hobby. And don't get too anxious and up tight. That does not help. Just lay back, relax, and enjoy the whole thing. Why don't you focus on a pure jelqing routine (wet jelqing) for a while?

If you don't feel a stretch then you aren't putting enough force into it to remodel the tunica or ligaments. You have 2 options. Either use more force or take a deconditioning break.

Are you trying to force progress every session? Here's an exercise known as the "Ruler Stretch" that may help you to get a feel for stretching.

Get a plastic or wooden ruler (no metal edges). Place the ruler next to your flaccid penis. Use a towel or other suitable padding to protect the pubic area from the pressure of the ruler.

With one hand, hold the ruler firmly to the base of the penis. With your other hand, grasp your penis behind the head (glans) and pull. Hold for a count of 10. Do up to 20 sets of these, and see how far you can stretch your penis and record the measurement.
 
Well, I guess that the main thing is that I can't get a good grip to stretch hard and long... Since I have to do most of my Penis Enlargement in the shower it can be quite hard.
 
You'll get the hang of it. Just keep at it. I like Big Al's pointer. Try all of these difference suggestions and see what fits into your situation.
