Haven't posted in a while but been thinking about getting back into the Penis Enlargement routine again. Mainly for girth but also want to increase my cum loads? They seem rather weak lately for reason...

Might ad a bit of length but at almost 9.5 inches, I find that many chicks have a hard time taking it, especially from behind.

Any advice on increasing cum? Foods, vitamins, exercises?

You can try Tongkat Ali. 1-3 grams a day will make you come like crazy. Make sure if you use it you cycle with it. 2 days on 1 off.

Oh yeah. Major erections and lots of them. You can can cycle anyway you like as long as you're off half as long as on. Like 4 days on and 2 off or 2 weeks on and 1 off.

You're supposed to cycle because the tongkat naturally boosts your testosterone production. If you don't cycle you're body will adapt and you probably won't experience the same benefits.

I took some while I was working out last year. I got up to taking about 3-5 grams per day. It really works but it took about 2 weeks until I felt much. After that I was pretty turned on. Lots of hard-ons, sex, and lots of cum. It won't make you a longer lover but it will make you a harder lover.

You could probably start out with like 1 gram 5 days with weekends off for a couple weeks and report back(I know that goes against 1 on 1/2 off but I've done weekday on and weekend off before).
