Hi I'm new here and to sorta just passed the newbie stage lol. Was wondering if you guys can give me any exercises that seem to work for you. Both girth and length. Also any sorta supplements you may notice that help with your growth? Thanks!

How did you go about doing that if you don't mind my asking? What hanger and wrap did you use? Did you use a plate or dumbbell? And did you stand or sit? I would love to know.

Pogzee routine is really good :D . If you dont have any equipment or you dont want to use a hanger,i use this manual routine and works really good for me :

-10 minutes warm up
-Streches ( up,straight,down,left,right,rotary ) 3 times,30 seconds each ( 30 sec up,30 sec down etc , 3 times ).
-Flacid bends ( 4 of them,2 times , for 10-15 sec )
-15 min wet jelq
-Ulis - 4 of them for 45 seconds
-100 kegels
-testicle health masage ( optional,for bigger balls etc,really good exercise for the balls )
-Warm down 5-10 minutes.
After my routine i like to edge,for at least 30 minutes.

Yep, big reason why I'm a big proponent of the mentality that any man regardless of PE experience should embrace the most effective PE methods from the beginning rather than, working with a "beginner" routine until he "conditions" his penis. Doing so, usually makes it that much harder in the long run to gain from the more effective methods. Then, you have guys who get into clamping, or hanging and they have a hard time with it because they don't realize they now have to use forces and weight levels that are MUCH higher than the average guy has to use, because their penis is already adapted to more resistance/force than a guy just starting out. There IS a need for the new guy to approach PE with SOME caution, but under a well guided program, there's no reason he can't start right off with advanced stretching, hanging, advance girth squeezes, etc. That's the truth and you'll only get it HERE from guys like me on MATTERS OF MUTHA' EFFIN' SIZE!

People who rely on supplement always give up in PE. If you need length gains, get a length master. If you have extra cash, you can buy the SiliStretcher to use in combination with the length master.

For girth, get yourself a mityvac or bathmate pump. Take your mind off any supplements brother.
