Whenever I do my Kegels I do them after I do my girth routine at night just before I go to bed. So when I do my Kegels I do them while laying down. Now I can squeeze my Pc muscle for a good 2 minutes without losing that pump you get.
Now yesterday I was stuck in traffic and decided to do my kegels in the car. And I noticed that I could hardly squeeze my pc at all. For only like 3 seconds and I lose that flex. Then when I got home I decided to do them while standing and still had a problem with flexing. After that I layed down and I could flex the pc for a long time and hold it for 2 minutes.
My theory is that when we train the pc muscle we need to do it while laying down, sitting, standing. Maybe its like doing a bench press, by changing the placement of the hands on the bar you will exercise a different part of the muscle. So by adjusting your body it will also train different parts of the PC muscle.
Just a thought to see what you guys think.
