Hey Guys,

Sure you see this everyday, but I need some serious advice. This is such a great resource and FULL of useful information but I find myself a little overwhelmed.

I know there is no quick fix, but having said that I am sure there are some methods that work better than others. Currently I am sporting a 5.5 inch erect penis that is 4.5 in girth. Im sure you can all imagine how small that is, and I want to be bigger.

I've purchased a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and cant wear it for longer than 5 minutes, the penis is MUCh girthier after but only lasts about 2 minutes. I'v sure that will improve over time.

If you can please help with the following questions:

1) is 8 X 6 realistic/attainable? if so, how long could it take? (i know its different from person to person)

2) What is the best exercise for length? [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words]? weights? jelqs?

3) What do L-arginine, Leech oil help do? are they effective/ recommended?

I know I'm asking for a lot here, but I am sure all newbies come on here with the same questions or similar ones at least and will also benefit from the responses you provide.

I too am a newbie and started takin pe serious may a little over a month ago. before that i was on and off couldnt really find time or a rytHydromax. we both had about the same starting stats :) lol but i have been doing the dlds [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and now im at a full 6" erect 6 1/2" bone press with a 4.85" girth in little over a month and a half. I suggest trying to do that with a steady consistant schedule. as for 8x6 goes that im sure is possible just gonna take a loooonnnngg time haha i think 7x5 or 6 is more realistic in maybe a 2 year span. as for l-arginine and leech seed and stuff that to im curious about. any intake guys?
 
I made a 2" gain in six months so it does not have to take a long time. I think your goals can be met in under a year.
 
Welcome to the forum, first off; then, on to the questions.

If you're truly new to the entire Penis Enlargement scene then the first bit of advice I give everybody is to take it slow: "You can't train a broke dick" (MAXAMEYES copyright...who da fuck knows)
Second bit of advice is that you need as much info as possible to approach Penis Enlargement in an intelligent, productive and non-injurious fashion; the Newbie Forum will help you gain positive knowledge and the Boo-Boo's & Band-aids will help you learn what to avoid.

As far as time lines vs. progress? True; nobody but you can answer that completely. As you progress, in your first few months to a year say, you'll be much better able to gauge your progress and potential and THAT is where your goals can realistically be further refined. 8 X 6 ? Completely attainable....provided your dedication level matches your enthusiasm.
Consistency, persistency and gains all travel the same road.

Now, as far as your questions on the particular exercises, I tell everybody to start with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. You can't go wrong there and you'll be conditioning your penis for the growth experience to come. And this is where the knowledge and research aspects come in; you can't beat knowledge. Get into the forums and read, read, read.
As you progress, experiment with what you'll learn from others; keep what works and dismiss the rest. As you become both conditioned and adept then you can make wiser decisions about where you want to concentrate your efforts, along with how, and with what devices, you may want to supplement your workout.

Everyone wants a bigger dick...yesterday. Start slow and ramp it up as you go.

I was pretty consistent in my first 6 months with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words]. I guess after about 4 months I started to add in some of my own ideas and yes, I increased intensity big time.

Yes. I would say 2 years of hardwork could give you that. Who knows? Certainly possible though. I have gained 0.4" girth in 6 weeks.

Length is done via strethcing using your hand, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
