All Length NO GIRTH ? Please help.

I have been exploring the forums and the majority of the posts I see are about trying to gain length.... I am about 7-7.5 and honestly most of the women I have had sex with have loved my length but I have always felt under powered in the girth department being that my penis is on the slim side. I have always believed that was more important. Problem is i haven't found much, even after searching, on how to increase girth and what type of time/gain ratio i can expect.
I understand jelqing helps... but are than any specific routines/exercises that will speed up the process.
Also will only focusing on girth decrease my size any ? (may be a stupid question)

Also i see that you guys use abbreviations to describe your measurements....
I figured out a couple of them but maybe a sticky would help us new guys know exactly what you are talking about...
I apologize in advance if I missed one that is already up .

What year where you born (helps with estimating what your T level may be now) and what is your girth?
Do you know how to measure it accurately? Using somethin like string or a strap or something... then hold it to where it joins up with your finger before rolling it out to that length along a ruler.

You're in luck in that girth is the simpler one to make happen. Even if you think you're a hard gainer now.
I get girth even while trying to get length. I've even gained girth days after not doing anything.
In short (length pun not intended), it's totally doable, no problem.

slow squash jelqs is advanced compared to normal jelqs....so strat with normalfor 5 mins and then do slow squash......

wear a cokring after every girth session to keep penis in expnaded state for longer...

Can you measure your girth so we know what you're working from and you can estimate what increase you're aiming for.
My girth was around 4" erect when I began. Maybe it was 4.25" at the thickest point.
I know that's not the even the thinnest by far.

I've added close to 1.5" in girth in about a year, and with increased ability in PE, the rate of gain to amount of time training gets better.
 
I'm about 5.5 give or take. And 1.5 ? That would be great, is that permanent ? What exercises did you do.

It isn't receding back to the girth I had if that is what you are asking. Quite the opposite it seems to be compounding.

TBH girth comes faster once your penis tissues are more accustomed to pressure. Because it is by upping the internal pressure, slow squash jelqs, manually clamping the base of the penis so you that you up the time and pressure blood is held, and compressing the penis when at full erection that you cause girth expansion.
These are advanced moves, and you can potentially rupture something if you aren't skilled at doing these.

Yes, and yes. Start here bro, read both posts all the way through so you understand everything in them and then if you have any questions let us know.

On the note of your size, at 5.5" in girth bro, you are NO where near too thin. You already have some great numbers, so be confident in what you have too. you should always start slow if you dont want any hindrance in the middle of the race or waste time by taking rest from being hurt for 1-2 months....
so slow is fast in PE
