After Ligs are stretched, what's next?

I have had great success in stretching the suspensory ligaments, but now, how do i expose more 'inner penis'? Do I use fulcrum stretches, fulcrum hanging, over-the-shoulder hanging? Thanks for your advice.

What have you been doing up to this point? Have your gains slowed?
 
Thanks for the response. I am jelqing, stretching, and hanging, downward mostly. I've recently been using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] as a fulcrum for for hanging. I think that I have had good success in stretching the suspensory ligaments. I have done 'lazy sit stretches' practically every time I sit down. I no longer get the stretching soreness that I experienced at the beginning. That is why I feel that I am getting diminishing returns on pulling out more of the 'inner penis'. I am now looking for the next step. I understand there is a ligament a the base of the 'inner penis'. I wonder if fulcrum stretching can result in pulling more 'inner penis' out. Thanks for your time.

How are you using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] as a fulcrum for stretching? Sounds interesting. You can also look at DLD's Expressive Stretching: Possibly The Missing Link to Massive Length Gains
 
To DLD: First I went and got some 3/4 rubberized pipe insulation, cut two pieces for the upper and lower arc of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]. I then put the slit insulation over the arcs (the sticky insulation seam adheres to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] wood). This provides some cushioning. I then put my penis thru the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] with my hanger, then attach the weights. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] wings sit on my thighs and the arc serves as the fulcrum. Then I can slide the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] along the shaft, varying the fulcrum point. I'm just not sure that this is the best exercise to pull out more 'inner penis'.
