After lenght/girth workout, what to do and what not to do?

What is not good, okay or even beneficial to do from the list below after a routine of stretching, jelqing and kegeling (mostly lenght for me)?

1. Edging/ballooning (wouldn't this be good?)
2. Ejaculation (how bad is this for gains? (lenght gains are most important for me))
3. No warming down and no cooling down (some sites advice this)

1. i believe edging after a routine is a good way to finish, depends how long you edge for though, but keeping the penis engorged without ejaculating i feel can assist in gains
2. ejaculation, this has been debated time and time again, some feel like by ejaculating you lose any effects from girth work, but if you are working for length, ejaculation shouldn't have anything to do with stretching your ligs or tunica, but i always tried to refrain from any ejaculation just in case...if you can wait a an hour or two after a workout i don't think it will hurt your routine
3. to reduce injury and just to loosen up the ligs more warming down was alwasy apart of my routine...don't see how it can hurt.

I guess the theory on no warming/cooling down is that you are gaining from manipulating your tissue and therefore it would be better not to let it relax afterwards, so it will remain manipulated and won't go back to normal. Right?
But with lifting weight a good warming down is also good for you. Not saying it is the same, but it is a bit similar I guess.
I will be warming down everytime from now on though :)

Great for controlling orgasm, incredible for securing girth gains.

As long as your girth work is done that is fine.

I never really did warm ups or warm downs, basically I just did a set of light stretches to loosen things up.
