What is not good, okay or even beneficial to do from the list below after a routine of stretching, jelqing and kegeling (mostly lenght for me)?
1. Edging/ballooning (wouldn't this be good?)
2. Ejaculation (how bad is this for gains? (lenght gains are most important for me))
3. No warming down and no cooling down (some sites advice this)
