Here is a pic of me in my ADC set up! As you can see the hang is freakish huge. In ADC my hang is twice the size as my normal hang in volume!
So if you ever want to bulge out your pants when going somewhere try this!

On the side of the clamp that is closest to my body I'm not erect at all. Now on the clamped side I'm semi erect, but still floppy some. I'm about 1 1/2 to 2 inches shorter than my full erection in the pic. However my girth is very close to the same as my erect girth.

I clamp tight enough so that I can push blood in by a kegel. blood is getting out but very slowly. If you need to circulate some blood, squeeze the glans some on do some kegels. I have to loosen the clamp some to piss, that is the only thing that sucks. You can still piss but you gotta kegel your ass off to get all the piss to come out.
 
I believe he's using a hose-clamp, or multi-clamp.. Whatever you wanna call it.

crazyed, did you just cut off the extra bit of metal that would be sticking out normally, off the hose-clamp?

Yes its the hose clamp. No I did'dt cut the extra bit of metal off the clamp. At the most I might have 1/4 inch of metal sticking out the clamp. It lays against the ring of the clamp, and does not stick out. My clamp almost fits perfect around the insulation, which is your best bet. If you feel like you have too much sticking out, try one of two things. Get a clamp that is a snugger fit around the insulation, or use a piece of tape on the metal that sticks out some. Both of these options will sove the problem.

I've never gotten any cuts from using this set up. You just gotta be smart when using it. If any part of the hangover touching your skin the clamp is too big, find a smaller size.
 
I really gotta pick up some hose clamps and insulation. What do you use to tighten the hose clamp? Do you have to carry around a wrench or something with you?

At first I just used a basic screwdriver, If you dont feel comfortable using a screwdriver, you can use a socket, you most likely won't even need the wrench for the socket. My screw is loose enough I just use my thumb and index finger to tighten it. As long as the insulation is snug around your flaccid penis you will not have to tighten the clamp too much at all, because the insulation works as a seal around the base of the penis. Sealing the blood above the clamped area.
 
Hey thats a good pic to play the game "Find all the Penis Enlargement equipment" I see a fabric tape meausre on the ground, some vaseline on the desk and of course the clamp that you're wearing.

Anyways, that looks pretty cool. I might try it.

You missed the talcum powder and the soda can he was probably comparing his girth to ;)
 
I like the hose clamp idea, the cable clamp has a tendency to pinch me.Has anybody else experienced this.If I put it around my whole package sometimes when i remove the clamp my skin gets caught in the hinge part of the clamp.

lol Everybody must have missed the weight on the ground lol


Supra, I leave it on as long as I like, usually after work from 4pm to 9pm. In the begining you cant handle that amount of time but you can easily work your way up. My hang in this thing is over 7 inches and girth goes well above 6in after a hour or 2 in it.
