when u strech u pause between the angles , for example when u strech up and left for a minute ( i can't stand a minute my hand starts to hurt ) then u do it to the right side without a pause ?
is this a good streching routine ?

up 60sec
up left 60sec
up right 60sec
down 60 sec
down right (behind the leg) 60 secs
down left ( behind the leg ) 60 secs
50 full rotaries , full force

I make short breaks after every stretch. Just stimulate the blood flow a bit for 20-30 seconds, then skip to the next stretch.

In my opinion your routine is pretty short, and I can't find any jelqing in your programm!
Do it like this:
Warum up
Stretch for about 20 minutes (but the routine itself is okay!)
Jelq for about 20 minutes
Warm down

PC-muscle fitness

u say 20 mins , all of streching itself gonna be 20 mins ? or repeat the same thing for about 20 mins ,just like a circle ? i didn't post the hole programe only the streching routine that concerns me now but the jelqs are about 1000 with pushing at every left hand jelq the dick to the front ( i see the veins really grow by this way ) and then pc muscle fittness thnx btw
 
I'll give you an insight of my so far 3,5 month program (I've gained somewhat 1 inch bpel with this and 0.3 inch girth)

well I do my 60 seconds stretches like you do in every way I can.
-Down right down left, straight down, (3min)
-to the right, to the left, straight out, (3min)
-up right, up left, straight up (3min)
then I do my 120 quick kegle stretches (1-2 min)
sometimes I stretch a little extra just for the fun tbh.
total of let's say 15 min stretch.

all this for 60 seconds in hot water to keep myself warm (but I dont let the water flow away...just put it on a little so Im keeping myself warm..hot water is expensive!)

Then I do this once on the afternoon and once on the evening...total 30 min stretching.

This means 2 times a day I do those stretches in 30 mins. After the last evening-stretches, I do jelq for 20 minutes about 500 jelqs.

Penis Exercizes for a total of 50-60 min a day I would say..If you dont do it in the shower, warmup in a hot glass of water for 3 min or something..and warmdown wehn you are done..or something like that.

thnx opa , although i cant do it 2 times a day i will repeat the same thing to reach the 30' mins of streching , and about the grip sometimes its not posible to grip and pull full force it kinda slips or the palm hurts :/
 
Yeah m8 I had that problem aswell about slipping and that my palm hurted.

But it works well in the shower after I putted some shower-creme on it, the hot water makes my hand sticky.

And I had the problem outside the shower aswell ofc, I was taking my t-shirt to pull in my penis but it dident work well cuz it hurted me.
Then I took a towel, but that dident work either it was painful.
But then in the end I found a material that was lovely and it dident hurt me while I was pulling and it was actually my underwear haha. Yes that's right Im pulling my penis with my boxer-shorts when Im not doing it in the shower.

Good luck with the stretching tho! (btw dont think about the results, some people are quicker to gain than others, but you will most likely get some "newbie-gains" quickly tho)
 
thnx m8 i hope i will gain fast i just start at bpel 7.4 and girth 5.4 i was looking my dick 3 days ago and was like taking steroids :P veins was like snakes dude , then i said to myself this shit's working ;)

well your length atm is almost my goal.

Im aiming for 7.6-7.7 bpel and 5.6 girth or something.

Atm Im at 7.0 bpel and 5.3 girth.

But still, gl with the stretching! =)
