I'm looking for the most effective routine that can be done in the shortest amount of time (what's new right? everyone wants this). I am a college student who gave up pe but i just have to get back into it, however time is very limited. I am willing to accept slower gains due to lack of time but I need the most effective exercises obviously. I'm looking for both length and girth. Please someone point me in the right direction. I'm guessing I can spend about a total of 30 minutes a day. Suggestions?
 
Do a search on the IPR routine. There's a few good posts here on it by millionman and vaseline knight. Check out Thunder's as well, you'll find a few threads on it with the search. It will average something like 10 minutes a day.
 
30 minutes is alright, but thats if your only stretching. If your doing Jelquing too i'd just wonder why you couldnt do it right when you hop into bed? Use a warm cloth on your penis while you brush your teeth or w/e then jump in to bed all warmed up and do your routine. Works perfect for me, and an extra 30 minutes loss of sleep shouldnt affect you too much.

I used one exclusivly for 6 months due to lack of room and space because of my situation then. But of course the combination between manual exc. and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device deliveres faster gains.
In terms of manual excercises, I would choose dld blasters for length(also includes pc muscle training), jelquing for [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words] and girth, along with another good girth excercise.

You might be able to get more time for exercises in if you do it somewhere else. When I was in college i would try and do schoolwork in the library when possible, and use the stalls in the bathroom to either get ready to clamp or hang for ten minutes or so like I was taking a long dump. If there are handicap stalls there they can be useful as they are usually in the corner and there's less chance people will be able to see anything.

This is a good example of the kind of dedication and creative thinking needed sometimes in pe. When the space and time is limited, you have to find new time somewhere.
