I'm looking for the most effective routine that can be done in the shortest amount of time (what's new right? everyone wants this). I am a college student who gave up pe but i just have to get back into it, however time is very limited. I am willing to accept slower gains due to lack of time but I need the most effective exercises obviously. I'm looking for both length and girth. Please someone point me in the right direction. I'm guessing I can spend about a total of 30 minutes a day. Suggestions?
