I should preface this by saying that I'm not much of a poster, so if this whole thing is off-base I apologize.
My questions are: has anyone developed a workout program beside MattersofSize that incorporates girth and length work together? Or do more people take the divide and conquer approach, doing girth work for a week, then length, or something like this? And what are everyone's thoughts on the effects of girth work on length, and length work on girth?
A couple of things are widely agreed, that as the inner-penis is pulled out, the base of the penis gets wider. Needs no further explanation. Girth work is also known to weaken the tunica and make it easier to stretch afterward. Is there more to know about this, and what is everyone's experience with this?
My own recent experience, and the reason I post this in the first place, is that I began clamping in order to take a step up from the more complicated jelq techniques. Previous to this, my DLD Blasters seemed to have hit a wall, and afterward I could stretch like Armstrong. Skin and all seem like a rubberband.

So, how does your girth affect your length, and vice versa?

I should also note that I know not to clamp and hang, and that the combination of clamping and other more extreme exercises can have adverse effects, to the say the least.

I just started Penis Enlargementing so I can't say much, but so far I'm only doing length work and it's only affecting my length. I believe difference things work for different people, but as I said, been Penis Enlargementing for a month only so I don't know shit.
 
Girth and Length have some effect on one another in exercise. For the most part, length exercises may increase your base girth. Length work also, in my opinion, allows greater pliability to girth work. In girth, I believe that as the penis becomes thicker it also grows slightly in length as the girth increase is not only horizontal but vertical. Exercise between the 2 can be done at once or broken up into separate sessions. (girth at night, length in the morning) There are no rules about the way you choose to exercise. For a long time I did them in the same session but it became too lengthly (the session and my penis:)) and I had to split it up into two separate session. I also found that separate sessions allows greater concentration as I am not rushing to get the session over and my mind state can be on one thing at a time.
