Hello All! Just ordered a malehanger and wanted to try out his 90 day challenge for a chance to win some money. I've done the research before coming to the point of trying out hanging, and will follow the below routine religiously. I will measure every two weeks, and provide those pictures/updates accordingly. If there are any pointers or tips the more veteran guys have along the way, feel free!

Week 01: 3x sets 2lbs Max @ 20m each
Week 02: 4x sets 2lbs Max @ 20m each (only adding sets)
Week 03: 5x sets 2lbs Max @ 20m each
Week 04: 6x sets 2lbs Max @ 20m each (privacy time maximized)
Week 05: 6x sets 3lbs Max @ 20m each (only adding weight)
Week 06: 6x sets 4lbs Max @ 20m each
Week 07: 6x sets 5lbs Max @ 20m each
Week 08: 6x sets 6lbs Max @ 20m each
Week 09: 6x sets 7lbs Max @ 20m each (in each example, this is a typical number of sets per day)
Week 10: 6x sets 8lbs Max @ 20m each (i.e. at this point, the hanger could be doing 6x 20m sets per day)
Week 11: 6x sets 9lbs Max @ 20m each
Week 12: 6x sets 10lbs Max @ 20m each

This looks like an excellent routine that was based on some good study. Bravo my Brother, I love when a new Brother puts his own routine together based on research, it shows.

Some tips on length work. hanging alone is powerful but to make it even more gainful I highly recommend adding these essential stretches:

1. Bundled Stretches
2. Expressive Stretches
3. Erect Stretches

These three exercises will speed length gains significantly. Bundled Stretches will pre-stretch the Tunica, allowing for it to take on much more expansion. Expressive Stretching brings gains from inside the body outward. Erect Stretching helps to close the gap between ELBP and FSL. If you grab very low on the shaft or even behind the testicles, you can make a stretch into an expresive Stretch, that's 2in1
 
Appreciate the feedback! Definitely going all in with this. I have read that you don't want to go too crazy with the additional stretching during your hanging routine, rather keep it light. Which I think that's what you're pointing to, and will def research those 3 some and giver er a go!
 
I do own a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bath mate[/words], so will probably use DLDs [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bath mate[/words] routine for the expressive!

Looks solid bro, damn week 12 sounds pretty hardcore 12 weeks in. I would have to think about that one twice before attempting it lol

absolutely, I'll post weekly as I abide/modify the routine. Ill post any questions or comments throughout and as always hope for some words of wisdom!
 
So I'm on the road again for my job, but didn't stop me from doing a girth/expressive with DLD [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] exercise. Man the fatigue is fantastic! Also giving my first go at wrapping, and I'll be honest it feels great! Any recommendations on duration? 1 hr on, ?? Rest? Thanks!
 
If this is going to be your progress thread maybe one of the mods could do us the favor of moving it to the Routines and Progress section. You will be able to get more feedback over there since thats the place were people go to checkout other people's progress unlike this section which is specifically about hanging.

As far as wrapping goes I put it on for and hour and then unwrap for circulation, re-wrap repeat 2-3 times. But this is best done after length work, if you did a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session like you mentioned before you are better of using a cockring to retain some of that expansion.

I tell you the fatigue last night, and the low almost burning sensation in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] feels amazing. I know my boundaries and not to overdo anything, but I feel this may be my groove and I can really make some gains! I slept in a wrap following my stretch last night, with no issues, woke up with a "hanger" I'll keep everyone posted and be sure to get my pics in soon!

How many competitions are going on the forum now?
 
Wrapping up week 1, have hit everyday as the workout prescribes, minus last night only was able to get in one set. Fatigue has been fantastic and accompanied with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], it's almost like I can feel the growth. Tomorrow starts week 2, and upping the game with 4 sets. I had to shoot my pictures to DLD for them to be uploaded, so those should be on when he gets a chance.
 
Also, what are the best approaches for hitting different angles? I get the over the shoulder once I get there, what others?

Every angle possible. Think of hitting all the numbers on a clock. You can even go in a clock wise or counterclock wise manner just to hit every angle in order. Then stretch out in front by attaching it somewhere to pull on your dick. Behind your butt. Every angle you can think of.

Check out the thread in my signature for this. I know 10 lbs seems like a lot of weight now, but your resistance will increase pretty quickly at least at the beginning and you will require more weight to maintain the same level of intensity.

Yeah rocky's got a hard hitting exercise! My rule still applies. Just be creative.
 
So starting week 2, and as I'm gauging myself and my dick, I'm wanting more fatigue, as I can feel like I can go a little more. Read a few threads that state the obvious, 10+ hours in the hanger show significant results. So I'm going to modify my routine a bit, starting today I'm shooting for 5 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words], at least 6 days a week, if I hit 7 good on me. Although it has only been a week, I have just added an 1/8" rod to my quick extended pro! I've been sleeping in a wrap every night, and each day I wake up around .25-.5" above my normal NBPFL. Things are going great and am so thankful for the creator of male hanger. Hopefully the measurements at 30 days will show some payoff! Things going well!

Yeah 10 hours a day, you must be hanging at a ridiculously low weight to be able to do that. The 5x20 sounds reasonable and you will definitely get results with that, but keep in mind theres various ways to go about hanging. You could possibly go even a bit heavier and do less sets, and still get good results.
 
My readings said 10 hours a week, if I could hang 10 hours a day that'd be nuts! Lol. I am averaging 4 hours of extending per day as well
 
Starting handing day 2 of week 2 and everything just feels like it's going well. Have been dabbling in PE for a couple years, but have never dedicated to any sort of routine. From the soreness each day, and the obvious lower hanging, I cannot wait to see where this initial 90 days (and definitely longer) will take me. Appreciate all the feedback and tips so far! Keep it coming!

Hanging is very powerful, I am sure you will surprised by your results. Keep at it!
 
I have been hanging for a little while now (took about 5 days off due to an injury but now I'm back) and let me tell you that hanging is a very powerful length method. I much rather prefer it over manual stretching. The one thing is though you have to be careful when hanging, don't jump up in the weights too quickly, thats how i injured myself.
 
I am being cautious with weights. I know there's a heavy weight (see what I did there) on feeling how your body is reacting, and not overdoing it. I am sticking to my routine weight wise so far, just have decided I want to add a set ahead of the recommended. Last night was the first night I would consider an "off" night. Only managed 3 sets of 20 min. Other than the fatigue, no issues from here.
 
Like I have been suggesting more and more lately, as money allows, invest a little more into your hanging. I suggest a set of "incremental" weight plates. Search amazon.com and you'll find several examples at slightly different price points. The average is around $30 USD. They all work the same. The best part is, they allow you to increase/adjust your weight levels in 1/4lb, 1/2lb, 3/4lb, and 1lb increments. The sets usually come with two plates of each weight level.
