This is my first attempt at hanging. I will continue to do this and will record my progress here for all the Penis Enlargement members out there to see the gains from doing this. I will add my routines and describe if I change anything to it.

As of right now I am going to start out with 10lbs. hanging for 30min.:cool:. The hanger I am using is the homemade hanger made by CaptnHook. Seen here: Here

Hope this will help a lot of people deciding what they want to do to gain.

Today I did my first Penis Enlargement hanging. I completed 30min w/ 10lbs. :)

PS: Will post starting measurements when I get a chance tonight or tomorrow morning.

Ok so I forgot to add everything that I am doing in a single day.

I am going to be working out 5 days a week. G/f is home sat. and sun. all day. I will do a total of 1 hour of Penis Enlargement each day. 30min of hanging and then 30min of dry jelqing. I will do kegels throughout the day, and while I am at work I will be wearing a 2" diameter metal cock ring.
 
That sounds like a great routine. I would also add in some manual stretches in between hanging sets for good measure. Keep us up on your progress!
 
Today I did 45min of 10lbs hanging and then 45min of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words]. I'm going to sub the dry jelq for the slow squash cause my dick feels and looks much better after the slow squash. I almost gave up cause it was burning so much in the first 5-10 min. I didn't know if it was the wrap that was hurting or just burning from hanging. anyways after a little bit I didn't notice it anymore so I did the full 45min...but also my head starts to turn purple. Is it fine as long as I don't keep it there longer than 45 min? Just make sure I take it off and get the blood flowing again if I decide to do a longer session?

The purple head is expected with the pressure being used. I think 45 minute sets are ok with the weight you are using but if you increase weight I think you should back your sets down to 15-20 minutes. Be sure to massage yourself back to good circulation before additional sets.
 
Finished today's set... 10lbs for 45min. Then slow squash jelqed for 30 min.

Is it just because I'm starting out that for the first few minutes that its hanging, it feels like sandpaper it scrapping my dick off? Is that the burn or the wrap hurting me?

Well i wasnt able to hang friday due to both my jobs. I wont be able to hang over the weekend either due to the girlfriend...soo all i can do for right now is cock ring and kegels all weekend.
 
I am sorry everyone I have not been able to hang. Today will be the first day since last recorded hanging that i can do. I will keep hanging on days that I can but it is hard between 2 jobs (possibly 3 now) and trying to keep it a secret from your significant other. But I will continue and hopefully I will get some gains from it.

Considering my speradic schedule should i hang more per day? Maybe a couple hours worth with breaks?

I like 20 minute sets with 5 minute breaks but I was hanging very heavy. I also went all day (well 10am to 5pm).
 
Wow :O i wish i had time like that..the most i would be able to do is maybe 2 hours worth. I will try to do 20 min sets from now on and see. Will letbyou know how it turns out and hopefully i will see gains :cool:
