Hey guys I was doing some mandingo research and discovered this article on google. In the interview Mandingo talks about his size and says that he has never measured his dick and doesn't plan on it. He says that he wants to keep his dick size a mystery to everyone including himself apparently. I don't no if this is true but here is the interview. If someone has already posted this then I apologies for the ignorance. The paragraphs with parenthesis around them is what Mandingo is saying. The paragraphs that don't have parenthesis is the interviewer guy talking.

ManDingo interview (the sneak peak)
Current mood: amorous
As some of you know, I recently began interviewing adult entertainment stars for money. Why, you ask? Because money's a nice thing to have. Also, because adult entertainment stars are hot, and I like talking to hot people. So there's that.

Anyway, a couple of months back I interviewed ManDingo, who's basically the monstrous ruling elephant man of the industry. Here, for your enjoyment (as well as my amusement) is the intro to my ManDingo article. You may ask yourself: "Where's the rest of this, Danny? You dumbass! You cut out the Q&A!" Well, yes. Yes I did. You'll just have to pick up the very first issue of Rug Burn (coming to a newstand near you August 2008 !) to read the rest.

In the meantime, enjoy these paragraphs!

***UPDATE***

so it appears Rug Burn won't be coming out after all. After a couple of months of pestering her wondering what the status is on the magazine, my editor finally changed her phone number, voided her email address, and seemingly dropped off the face of the earth. I've a strong sneaking suspicion that she's a drug addict, probably snorting chemicals up her brain as I type. Yes, the adult entertainment industry is a flighty mistress indeed. Sooooooooooo....might as well not let my hard work go to waste. I've gone ahead and copy-and-pasted the article in its entirety. Let me know what you think!

Talking Taboo with ManDingo

By Danny Fasold

It's a posh Saturday evening at the Hotel Sofitel in Hollywood, what with the silver strips of sculpture and the silver dollar chairs refracting silver light across the lobby, gentlemen strolling in and out of the Stone Rose Lounge, all of them decked in sleek sports coats and fresh haircuts. It's a posh place brimming with posh people; the perfect spot for someone like Frederick Lamont, who lives and breathes the champagne lifestyle.

His friends call him Fred, but you might know him as ManDingo. If you don't, pop in some Ludacris or some L.L. Cool J, both of whom have graced the 33-year-old actor with shout-outs in the past. Or, if you're not a hip-hop fan, just pop in one of his movies. There's plenty to choose from: Dingo: When Big Just Ain't Enough, Take It Black, Booty Talk…the list goes on. And on. And on.

In fact, last year, Lamont put out his 500th movie, It Don't Matter, Just Don't Bite It. In addition to his—*ahem*—extensive portfolio, he now manages his own company, Fred Nice a little venture campaign he started from the ground up. For now, Fred Nice produces and distributes original ManDingo movies—its sole function for the time being—but eventually Lamont plans on spreading even further out, with broader movies available in a broader array of styles (with varying degrees of sexiness, one would imagine). His own Fred Nice clothing line is in the works, though it's something he's conspicuously hush-hush about at the moment. You could say Frederick Lamont is a pretty active guy in the adult entertainment world. You could say that and you'd be making a gross understatement.

When I meet Lamont, he's accompanied by two of his cameramen, neither of which are dressed as well as he is. Lamont's got the suave sophisticate look going on tonight: black jacket, black denim, immaculate black sweater. He's night-life made flesh.

We shake hands, introduce ourselves, head up to his hotel suite. When we get there, the camera lights are already mounted, every corner of his suite brightly lit. At first, I think he's getting ready to shoot a scene, until he casually informs me they're there for the interview. Apparently, he plans to record our conversation for personal use. At first, I'm taken aback by this development, but quickly I shrug it off and proceed to launch into my first question.

It cannot go unmentioned that ManDingo is, er, very well endowed. Rumor is he has the largest penis in all of American adult entertainment. 12 inches, 14 inches, 16…the rumors fly in one direction only: Up. As I'm beginning the interview, these rumors simply cannot elude my train of thought. It is my job—my responsibility—to clear them up. It's an exceedingly awkward position to be put in, asking someone you've just met about the size of his cock.

Oh well, I think. Here goes nothing…

Rug Burn: Where are you coming from? You just got off the plane, right?

(Fred Lamont: Yeah, I was coming from Atlanta.)

Were you shooting a movie out there?

(I live out there. I was born and raised in L.A., but I've been living there for a while now. I've traveled to a lot of places, but I'd never really lived anywhere different, so I said, "Well, why not?" Why Atlanta? Well, you know, I used to go out there and party when I was in college. But then when you're young you never really look at the layout of the land, of the city.)

Yeah, well, you're always too drunk to do that…

(Yeah, yeah, exactly. I was always ready to get right back on the plane, you know what I mean? So I said, "Well, let me get back and look around." So I did and I can't complain. It was a pretty good move for me.)

Apparently you've done over 500 movies. You had your 500th movie in 2007. And you've only been in the business for eight years. Is that correct?

(Yes is it.)

That's a lot of movies! I did the calculations and that's 62-and-a-half movies a year—at least one movie a week. Does it ever wear you out?

(You know what? Honestly, no. It's funny because I was talking to my buddy recently, and he says, "Fred, you know, you still look like you're in high school. What are you doing? I mean, we know what you're doing—so we need to do that to!" [laughs] I guess the business just kept me younger looking. I've got a high metabolism, so that always helps out too. But if I had wood to knock on I'd knock on it, so I guess it keeps me good.)

Do you have a set routine as far as your work goes? Or is it different every single day?

(I would say different every single day. Think in terms of sales. You have different clients, different producers…and that keeps you on your toes. You're working, you're staying busy…so yeah. )

Let's talk about how you got involved in the industry. How did it happen? Was it something you felt you were geared towards—something you'd been thinking about for a long time—or was it more spontaneous?

(It was something I'd thought about. I had a degree in Communications, I interned for a lot of different records, a lot of different mediums…my main thing was entertainment. The art itself, you know? I acted for a little bit as well, and I always wanted to be able to really produce something, really make something, create something. So I thought, well, what would be my creative thing? So that's what this was, my creation of the ManDingo adult entertainment star.)

So why sex? Why not another form of entertainment? Why not theatre or music or any other kind of artistic endeavor?

(I'm a freak. [laughs] I'm a freak, I'm a freak! I spent most of my time in college in strip clubs, you know? They say if you got it, flaunt it, right? I mean, I'm a ham. I like the tits, I like being in that. I'm comfortable with my sexuality—and not all of us are; some need to be coaxed into it—and I also like the entertainment. I like that shock value of it. So I chose to be in a freaky business after working for a lot of companies—Xerox, Aerohead—I've done all that. And finally I segue-wayed into my own thing, which just happens to be adult [entertainment].)

I'd read that one of the reasons you became involved with adult entertainment is you wanted to find a way to help raise your daughter because you're a single father. I'd also read that you had some debts you needed to pay off. I was just wondering if there was any truth to that, and if so, could you explain a little bit more?

(Well yeah, everybody in college has a lot of high bills to pay. Student loans out the door, you know? It just worked for me, being a hustler. I mean, it is what it is. So I thought, well, let me go this route. I think I've got what it takes to make it happen.)

Were you a new father? Was it like, "Okay, I've got a kid and now I've got to up the ante"? Or had you been a father for several years?

(Well I'd been a father for a few years. She was in her two's or three's. )

I know you probably get tired of these kinds of questions, but here goes: Let's talk about The Package. The rumor circulating around is that you've got the biggest one in all of American adult entertainment. Can you validate that? Is there any proof?

(You know, it's funny, because they always link it to me being African American, and it's not true. It just depends on who you are. But another thing with that is it depends on what you do with the size. That's what it is. Bottom line. You can be Lex [Steele], you can be ManDingo…but if you don't know what you're doing with it, what's the point in having it? But honestly, I've never measured it and I'm not going to because I don't see the point. I've been able to be where I am now without knowing what the true size of it is. I don't want to know. There's been rumors saying 14, 11, 10—I don't know what it is. We'll just keep it a mystery and just leave it at that. So we'll never know who's got what. [laughs] You'll just have to watch the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] and guess for youself, right?)

Is the size ever a liability? I know that sounds weird, but you've got a lot going on down there. Example: Maybe you're doing a sex scene with a girl and you can only fit so much in. Is that ever a problem for you?

(I don't really have too many bad issues with co-stars or in my personal life because I'm more of a sensualist. I'm not really an aggressor. What always got me off was seeing a woman get off. I like to please a woman, and that's what makes me me. And all my buddies, all my fans, they thank me, they say "thank you for showing me the way," because honestly, sometimes couples—married or not—they don't communicate to each other what it is they want, what they need sexually. Cuz it's taboo. And it is taboo. But sometimes it's very helpful to talk about certain things if you're partner's not doing something in a certain way, so having that communication makes it better.)

You've become very prolific in the industry, much of it having to do with your size. Do you think you would have made it as far in adult entertainment as you have if not for your that?

(Look at Mr. Marcus. He doesn't have a big size. But he knows how to please a woman. So I don't think it's about that. It's about what you bring to the table, like any art, like any sport. It's just about the person. It's about what that person has, whether or not he knows how to be a star. )

You had mentioned earlier that you'd done some acting before you got into the adult industry.

(Oh, that wasn't very big.)

So was it mainly for student films or indie films? What kind of acting were you doing?

(Student. Indie. I was one of the music video guys. You know, one of those guys standing in the back of the club, that whole thing. )

So you were like a back-up dancer for MTV?

(No, I was more of a back-up model. Sipping champagne…you know.)

Any videos I might know?

(The last one I did was "Throw Your Hands in the Air" with Dr. Dre when Friday came out. That was a while back.)

So who were you in the video?

(I was the guy in the back. [laughs] Throwing my hands in the air! [laughs])

Like you just don't care?

Oh, I just didn't care!

Are you doing any other acting now, or are you planning to do any serious acting?

(Nah. Right now I'm really busy getting this brand off the ground. I'm working a new brand, Fred Nice. It's ManDingo grown and sexy. You're going to love it. Frednice.com. But yeah, just working on the company. Once you start doing that and working on the paperwork and managing the people, it really keeps you busy. )

You've been name-checked by some famous people. Ludicrous, L.L. Cool J, the Wayans Brothers—how does it feel to be name-checked by all these big people?

(Man…getting name-dropped—that is just the icing on the cake. It lets you know that all the hard work you've put in, all the trials you've gone through to bring your product to life has been worth it. To me, that's just the biggest compliment ever.)

Have you gotten the chance to thank any of these guys in person?

(I've met with Ludicrous. Real cool cat. I haven't met with the other guys. )

What are your some of your hobbies outside the porno industry?

(Well, being a single father keeps me busy. So when I'm not doing work, I'm spending time with my kid. That's what I do. I mean I'm 33 now, I've got things to do. You know, you keep your house together, enjoy a nice, cool weekend. Especially in Atlanta, the people out there are just so nice. I just enjoy going out on the weekend and breathing in the good air, having a good sunshine, you know what I mean? )

I imagine it's got to be hard for people in your position to explain what is they do for a living to their kids. How do you approach it?

(When my daughter's of age, she'll be told. But I mean she's a kid now, you know? Leave the kid alone. Howard Stern always complains about how his kids view him and he's out in front of the camera constantly doing what he does. I mean, when you're an artist, and you're in front of the camera, regardless of what it is you do, you've got to deal with that. These things that we have-—this nice home, this vacation house, your tuition—this is what we're getting blessed with through good fortune. And, you know, "your dad works really hard." )

What's been your biggest lesson-learning experience thus far in adult entertainment.

(My biggest learning lesson. Let me get this one, this is beautiful. Um…[long pause]…I'm trying to get the words…[longer pause]…enjoy life. Enjoy life. Only in America can you enjoy the freedom of being able to do what you choose to do and create what you want to create. To create a lasting impression.)

So how did you get the name "ManDingo" in the first place?

(That was my nickname in college. I'm not gonna lie; I was a very risqué kind of guy. I enjoyed going to school, but I also enjoyed being a playboy. You know how in college everyone's doing their thing, and after a while the girls got to talking, "Ooh, well, Fred, you know…" Then all of a sudden the nickname came up. And, uh, yeah—I'll leave it at that.)

So you basically decided to bask in the glory of the nickname. "Bring it on!"

(Why not?! [laughs] And here I am.)

If you didn't, do you think you'd still be where you are today?

(You've got to answer that question yourself.) [gives a sly smile]

"Mr. Marcus isn't big", what the hell? By his standards no one is big.

... so true

interestin interview, i learned a few somethins i didnt know about mandingo. now, i dont know if in the way that he answered things in the interview, if he was bein mandingo the adult entertainment star "persona" (like in wrestlin, the actors have a different personality in thier lives, from thier stage persona) or if its Fred Lamont the person answerin....beacause he doesnt really sound humble, and even sounds a little cocky (no pun intended) in some of the things that he says in the interview. the most humble big dicked adult entertainment star that ive ever read about is Jack Napier, thats one guy that doesnt let his size go to his head.

the part about him never measurin his penis i dont believe....most males if not all males at one point in thier lives have probably measured thier penis...hes goin to say that hes has a dick that big and hes not goin to measure out of curiousity.....get the fuck outta here.....hahaha i think thats his way of addin to the Mandingo pornstar mystery.....those are my opinions on the interview. with all that said, i do wish Fred Lamont the best in what he would like to achieve in his life.

I have to agree with Benjamin Siegel on ManDingo's ego. His head matches his cock, too big for his body.

too right

Mr.Marcus is 7-8...he is 11-12...just 4 inches longer...it's very normal to say that his cock is not very big...nbp i think that mr.Marcus is 7 ich...nothing more...

Mr. Marcus is big but he is not huge for a adult entertainment, especially black adult entertainment star. He's not up there in the "freakishly huge cocks" club like Mandingo, Lex, Jack, and those guys.

I think people read things and have perceptions that fit their personality and mind state. Mandingo saying " Mr. Marcus is not big" was NOT a slight at all. He was making a point that Mr. Marcus does not have a 10 inch cock but he knows how to fuck and women like him.

In fact, this interview made me feel like Mandingo is a cool guy and doesn't see his size as the most important thing in the world.

i agree with bigbuttnottoo..if you look at vids with mr. marcus and other guys going at the same girl..you can clearly see he is not the largest in the room...but he has been in the biz so long cuz he he knows what he is doing...i don't think mandingo was knocking mr. marcus at all...just stating the obvious...now mr. marcus length and girth is nothing to sneeze at..he is still well above average in both..

Sigel...i agree with you on this one too and call bullshit...you mean to tell me you are walking around with damn near a third leg and never bother to measure it..come on now..how stupid do you think we are rofl

hahaha in his case, its seems he must think all people are boderline retarded. im sure that he has a bridge, that he wants to sell us too....but it is what it is.

The whole "never measured" b.s is mandingo's way of making himself look more "sexy" to his viewers, or possibly women. He knows the "I know I am so big that I don't even care to measure or worry about how big it is. I just don't care" kinda attitude is what makes him even more attractive to women, and hence, to all his fans/viewers. So, this is obviously why he is putting on this show. He obviously has a good idea how big it is. After all, all his fame and money is dependent on those very measurements.

I agree with you guys. I to call bullshit on mandingo never measuring. That man has probrably been measuring his dick since he was 13 years old. With his genetics I wouldn't be surprised if his dick was near its freaky proportions back then as a kid.

I always wondered too why he never measures, his size has got to be monumental but I guess the mystery will live on.

I too think that the "I never measured" thing is a load of donkey droppings. Anybody with a big ass dick like that would measure just of of curiosity itself.

Exactly

I have him at 9.7-10 inches from the test I did here

More tests to come when I get chance to look at more data and than will round up the figures to get the average.

I know in another interview he said he had a normal size flaccid penis.

His flaccid size is quite unremarkable in comparison to his remarkable erect size.

I hope everyone saw that video that frg posted on post # 18. I think it is uterlly rediculous how small Mandingo's flaccid penis is compared to his erect size. There has to be something different going on inside his penis then the average man. His tunica must have like 4 times the elasticity and sheer folded up tissue mass then the average man to grow to such an incredible size. I've never seen anything like it besides Shorty Mac who also has a small flaccid compared to his erect freakist girth size. I bet it also takes a long time for his dick to get fully erect. There is lots of blood needed to fill that thing up to full capacity.

On that interview on post 18, did you guys here the two guys that called in and said they are bigger then Mandingo. The first guy said he was bigger all around and the second guy said he was only 7 inches long but he is thicker then mandingo.

NOTICED ON 2:58 OF THE VIDEO CLIP WHEN THE GIRL ON THE RIGHT SEZ 10 INCHES MY ASS YOU CAN SEE MANDINGO IS WORRIED AND SEZ 10 INCHES UNDER HIS BREATH WHEN THE FIRST GO FROM OKLAHOMA SEZ HE IS BIGGER THEN MANDINGO. 10 INCHES HAS GOT OLD FRED WORRIED SO MAYBE HE ISN'T QUITE 10 INCHES LONG HIMSELF.

guys this is the same case with John Holmes, if he could get a full hardon..:) if you check this video you will see that his flaccid state is not that big.

check it out at the first seconds, the facid size it normal to big, then at the first minute or so it it much bigger looking like flaccid but it is not..

it is reported to be something like 12.5 but many girlfriends say that he was something like 10 inches..

I think John Holmes would have give him a serious run for his money if he were still around in his prime today.

I think Mandingo and Holmes were similar girth. Mandingo is about 2” longer at 10.5” according to the study I did. Holmes came to 8.5 x 6.25 and Mandingo came in at 10.5 x 6.25. We also have to remember that, as you have said, Mandingo started smaller than it is today, meaning he definitely did penis enlargement.

I think Holmes is larger then me though!

The study is pretty on point and I actually gave extra size to the people that I was reviewing. It’s worth it. to look through it. It definitely calms the storm in the heart and brings some truths on legendary lies.
