sup guys

im excited to have started this journey and am not going to quit by any means due to my minimal gains.i have now been doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for 2 1/2 months(1 off day per week) and havent found any erect gains in length or girth yet.as far as stretches go i use as much intensity as possible without my hand exploding in pain so i dont think its a question of intensity.i do girth as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] says to aswell.as far as what has changed im noticing the obvious stretch marks and my penis is a bit more vieny and loose then before.

so heres the question...how much loger should i keep this up before considering changing up my routine? and has anyone experianced being a hardgainer from the get go of the Penis Enlargement journey?
 
Dude I've do Penis Enlargement by about 6-7 mounths and I have only girth gains dispite that I do mostly a lenght exersises,don't give up ,the gains have to be in your mind firstuble..
 
welll depending on my erection it can range withing a few cms so i cant really tell.u may be right about the off days.is it possible that i need more rest being 18 years old?

yea, everyone needs rest regardless of age. you wouldn't lift weights every day to your fullest and expect gains, so you can't expect the same from Penis Enlargement. DLD is the only person i can think of that made gains from doing it every day, but everyone is different. try doing it every other day for a month and see if you make gains. there are lots of people who gained with the idea that "less is more"

I was not willing to wait years to make the gains I made. I wanted to make them as fast as possible so I trained with everything I had, everyday until that happend. For me, days off turn into procrastination and laziness. Penis Enlargement requires discipline and dedication.

i try to stretch every day (not a ton though), but with clamping you've got to take breaks or you won't get an erection. if you can clamp every day and have no EQ problems, then you're not using enough intensity. so i get girth work as much as i can without damage to my EQ and some stretching every day throughout the day

Girth is different than length work as far as rest time. I can stretch all day everyday with no rest needed but girth I need 24 hours to rest before another session.
 
Penis Enlargement daily if possible. Girth is something you should not try daily BUT do some form of Penis Enlargement daily no matter what your goals are. If girth work is your only goal still do some length work they as a duo as far as gains are concerned.

ey,im currently doing a length day,girth day and then off day.the past 2 and a half months ive been going at it with only one off day a week and as i said nothing gained.i must say tho that i feel pretty good taking this train hard rest hard mentality.my penis feels a little more refreshed and less beat up from the intense stretching.as i said tho,i am 18 and going too hard may be affecting its growth.ill filll u guys in as time passes if the rest days are helping

If its not working switch it up than. Or maybe you might be on the verge of some nice gains with your current routine and its just a matter of time. You be the judge.

I agree in many ways. If you are not gaining with what you are currently doing then you will need to step up intensity, time or reps, or switch to a whole new routine that pushes the envelope a bit more.

would adding intensity be ok regardless of me being only 2 months and 3 weeks in to Penis Enlargement?

I highly suggest it. 12 weeks is plenty of time to step up the intensity.
