I would like to know the most effective excercise/routine for lenght ONLY. Girth was never my goal, but I still kept doing it, and I think that`s what was stopping me from gaining lenght. Judging from your experience, what routine would yield the most lenght gains? There are a few options that I`m considering but I wanted to hear from those who actually gained. In my opinion, girth changes only enhance length.
