Hey guys (=

Have anyone here evar said fuck it! This week i do multiple sessions every day.. I mean just go hardcore for one week.? And see where is goes? (=

My first 6 months I did double routines, basically the Newbie routine twice a day. Made my best gains.

My gf is not home next week, so I ain't getting it in.... =_=
So i think i will try this..
Morning = 15 minutes jelqing
evening = 5 minutes jelqing - 10 Minutes bathmate
 
For those who don't get privacy it must be nice to have those times when they happen. I hope your training rocks!

i've had some pretty intense periods of PE...nothing ever came of them though as i wasn't consistent. Really take months and months of regular strong work. The other day i hung for 120 mins total. extended for 5 hrs. LM stretching for 30 min and air pumped for 15 mins. it was great

I have never done PE that way for a week, since resting and healing time is also important.

I finally have my wife used to me doing PE in the bedroom. I have my man area side of the bed and do whatever I want there including jelqing to ����. She has fully excepted PE and MoS as a way of life now so I no longer have that damn privacy problem. We don't have children so that makes it even better for having time for PE.

At the time my rest consisted of Uncle Jim's Wrap and using a heating pad for warm downs between workouts. Never took days off, was always 7 on none off.

I try to do PE as much as i can.awesome about your wife and not having to hide it. thatll make it so much easier for you and bring gains quicker!!! and she will love the results

Morning - 15 minutes jelqing finished with 5 minutes bathmate, about 50 % erect
Evening - 5 minutes jelqing and 10 minutes full erect bathmate

A little sore, but nothing bad, i go again tomorrow (=

This is interesting, if it causes too much soreness I suggest cutting the sets into equal 5 minute sets of BathMate and Jelqing. This will help expansion and reduce water retention.

One week is too little of a time to expect gains. It is best to see PE as a marathon and not a race. Go hardcore everyday.

I would say listen to your body if you decide to go hardcore and don't ignore the size of if you are overtraining.
 
As Huge Girth said, it’s a marathon not a sprint but nothing wrong with getting to the finish line as fast as possible 💪
 
At least 3 to 6 months
I like the wisdom on this thread, go HAM but don't expect immediate results, know that the results will come, just like working out and getting the bod you want. You can go HAM for a week, you won't see a difference, after 6 months, you will see results and remember the times you went HAM and you will know that was the work you put in.
